Home Office can’t kick illegal immigrant, robber and sex offender Somalian Ahmed Hersi out of UK, because it would breach his human rights. Hersi was jailed for 12 weeks for sexual assault in 2011 and convicted of criminal damage in 2009. This was AFTER the European Court of Human Rights stopped his deportation from the UK in August 13, 2007. Prior to his deportation order he spent three years in a young offender’s institution for street robbery and was twice placed on probation for shoplifting. But Hersi believes he is the victim saying “I have been in the deportation process for almost six years. I used to say, ‘if you’re going to do it, do it’, Now I say, ‘I’m not going anywhere’.”
