This Lord's Day, Sunday 5th August, our very own (politically incorrect) Rev Robert West preaches on the coming of the Holy Ghost onto the early church on the day of Pentecost. God has a timetable as well as an agenda. The gathered throng of 120 men and women were of one accord and in one place, having a prayer meeting. It was then that a new dispensation of the church began when the Spirit of God was poured out and they were all given a wonderful freeness to proclaim the works of God. How much we need this today in PC Britain and a PC church!
