‘Not real nationalists at all.’ We expose the English Democrats and their new allies

‘The liars have lost in their bid to smear their way into control of the British National Party. So now they’re off to try to take over the insignificant and crisis-ridden English Democrats. Frankly, they’re welcome to them.

‘This little group of quarrelsome cranks, proven thieves, sacked incompetents and opposition plants will soon fall out with the dictatorial leader of their new political home, but in the meantime their getting out of our way can only be good.’

That’s how Nick Griffin responded to the news that about a dozen former BNP members (out of more than 10,000 current members) have turned up as candidates for the tiny English Democrats Party. This absurd little outfit has such little support that in the recent Oldham East by-election they suffered the ultimate humiliation of being beaten by the Monster Raving Loony Party.

Big fish, small pond

The EngDems’ desperation in accepting various BNP rejects is matched only by that of the small fraction of the faction which, having tried and failed to break and take over the British National Party with a wave of lies and black propaganda against its leadership, are now without any vehicle for their big-fish-in-small-pond ambitions.

By choosing the English Democrats, they have confirmed that they are happy to be not so much in a pond as a puddle. And a very muddy and fast-shrinking puddle at that, with their rivals for leadership of the English civic nationalists, such as the even smaller but quite well-organised United People’s Party, making hay out of the anger of many EngDem old hands over what is now happening in their party.

They are rightly concerned that Eddy Butler appears to have been given their membership list to send out a Jim Dowson appeal. For a party which includes many individuals who are extremely anti-Scottish and pro-Irish Republican to find itself linked to a Scot with a long record of active sympathy for Ulster loyalist paramilitaries is deeply disturbing.

Even harder for them to swallow is the knowledge that Mark Collett is doing much of their graphic design and that his close friend Chris Beverley is now a high-profile council candidate for them.

These people have grovelled to the Muslim community and other immigrants in order to avoid being called ‘racists’. But now they are wide open to devastating attacks with footage from documentaries such as Russell Brand’s toe-curling demolition of Collett and Beverley, not to mention Dispatches' equally cringeworthy ‘Young, Nazi and Proud’.

While we put up with such gruesome material out of reluctance to allow our opponents in the mass media to dictate whom we have as members, the fact is that such material and the juvenile extremism of such individuals have been albatrosses around our neck for years.

‘Democrats’ in despair

We’re well shot of them, especially as now they are weighing down both the English Democrats and the Searchlight-inspired campaign against Nick Griffin from ‘within’ the party. The remaining ‘moderates’ within the English Democrats will either be forced to stand up to their leader Robin Tilbrook’s lurch to the ‘far-right’, or they will be forced to abandon their sinking ship and join one of the several even tinier ‘parties’ of English civic nationalism.

Both the United People’s Party and the English Independence Party (now run by the English Democrats’ former National Treasurer, Andrew Constantine) continually try to poach English Democrat members, many of whom do indeed leave when they find out what Tilbrook is really like. With the added stresses created by Butler pushing his supporters into the English Democrats with a view to a takeover bid, the English Democrats may well simply collapse under the weight of their divisions and massive debts.

But despite the EngDems’ splits and irrelevance, various media outlets are predictably trying to use the turncoats as a stick with which to beat our party. They need one because of our success in fielding stronger slates than every before in Wales and Scotland, and standing for the first time in Northern Ireland, as well as putting up far more candidates than opponents had predicted in the English council elections.

Any ‘nationalist’ who gives these traitors the time of day condemns himself as a manipulated fool at best, and a treacherous sell-out at worst. The only good thing one can say about them is that Searchlight has decades of experience in training their agents in how to con decent but gullible nationalists, and that when several of them decide to target a significant player in order either to ‘turn’ or demoralise them, it takes a resolute character to resist.

This is why it’s so important that readers like you tell other people about this dossier and spread the word.

There is only one real nationalist party in Britain – that’s why only one party is relentlessly attacked by everyone from the BBC to David Cameron, Trevor Phillips to Nigel Farage, Eddy Butler to Searchlight mole-handler Gerry Gable – the British National Party.

But the more they attack us, the more we stick together. The more they try to break or replace us, the more we know that their desperation is caused by one thing: our time is coming, and they all know it!
