By Mark Plowman - Northants British National Party activists have been working hard in Towcester for the upcoming County Council by-election to be held there on the 9th February.

While the Labour party have failed to submit the correct nomination paperwork in time, we are presenting the people of Towcester with their first chance to vote for the British National Party.

With plenty of local issues like the HS2 rail link destruction of this fine county and all of the proposed house and wind farm building plans, we are hoping to get our message through to the people who are disillusioned with the Liberal/Conservative coalition in this Conservative stronghold.

Northamptonshire branch is a strong group who are out regularly leafleting or holding table tops around the county. We regularly get up to eight activists at a time out most weekends for these activities.
