The Hull and East Yorkshire British National Party branch will soon be hosting the biggest day of activism the region has ever seen. There will be street stalls in Scarborough, Bridlington, Withernsea and Hull to promote Nick Griffin’s ReferendumNOW campaign.
"We have put a lot of man hours worth of planning into this day, and we intend to let the whole county know we are still here and still strong," said Hull Organiser Jason Carr.
"We are the main voice of opposition to our membership of the corrupt European Union. We need to give the people we hope to represent a true voice for their disgust at not being given a say on this issue."
Local Fundholder Fess Traynor paid tribute to the members of the Hull Branch: "We have put a lot of time and effort into this area, and we have some very enthusiastic members who we really do appreciate.
“Without them we couldn't make this day work. The icing on the cake for our members is not only do we have a second visit from the Truth Truck but our Chairman will be addressing a meeting in Hull in the evening.”
With true East Yorkshire grit and determination, Fess added: "It's the culmination of almost a year’s worth of hard work rebuilding the Party in this area. However, this is only the beginning. We won't stop in East Yorkshire until we have councillors or an MP!"
