Saturday 5th January saw a team of East London activists return to the streets of Elm Park in Essex for the first time since last years’ London Election campaign.
Young BNP organiser for East London Kevin Layzell called for a leafleting session in his home town of Elm Park in Essex and saw that local people are more than happy to have the party active there.
Kevin was joined by seven activists from nearby Dagenham and East London and one from as far as Ramsgate.
As well as dropping the popular Taking Our Country Back leaflets through letterboxes the activists handed them to passers-by and on more than one occasion were told by people in the Havering borough that they were glad to see us back.
One lady came out of her house waving a leaflet and yelled after us ‘about time you came back here’
Said Kevin “I was really pleased with the response from people and very impressed by the activists’ hard work.
We’ve once again shown the people of Havering that they have a true voice. I look forward to many more successful sessions in the near future.”
Over 1,500 Taking Our Country Back leaflets were either dropped or handed out in a successful return to Elm Park.
