The British Veterans’ Group (BVG) has organised a Veterans Conference to take place in Midlands on 21st July, 2012.
With the ever increasing involvement of Britain’s armed forces in foreign wars like Afghanistan and Islamic extremism aimed towards our armed forces here in Britain, there is a need for veterans’ groups who oppose these wars and Islamic extremism to work together.
The BVG’s Veterans Officer, Pete Molloy, said “When we joined the armed forces we did so to protect our country and our people, but not to fight for global capitalism or get involved in a country’s civil war.
There is also an increase of anger amongst veterans that Islamic extremism aimed at our brave troops, is being allowed to flourish with the police and our government failing to act.”
The conference is open to all veterans’ groups who share the same concerns as the BVG and individual veterans.
There are limited spaces at the conference, so you need to register your place by emailing veterans@bnp.org.uk .
If you do not register you will not be allowed into the conference.
If you are part of a veterans’ group and would like your group to be represented at the conference please email veterans@bnp.org.uk
