Join us for our 'Stop anti-English racist attacks' demo. To be held on the 25th February in Hyde, Greater Manchester. This demo will start at 11am.

17 year old Dan Stringer and his friend from Hyde, Greater Manchester, were set upon and attacked by a group of Muslims at the start of February.

An un-named pair of friends, this time ages 21 and just 16, were hit with a bottle and punched in the face just days later by another gang of Muslims, this time in Rochdale, Greater Manchester.

Gavin Hopley was kicked to death in 2002 by a gang of ten Muslim men and youths after straying into the Muslim-dominated ‘no-go’ area of Glodwick, Oldham, Greater Manchester.

Gavin was cornered and brutally beaten, with his head being stamped on time and time again. He was taken to hospital but never regained consciousness.

Our campaign at the time meant that police did make a handful of arrests, but nothing else happened, after all, the police didn’t want to know. Most of the gang are still on the streets today. No police action has ever been taken against them.

That attacks such as those on the young friends at the start of the month are finally being reported by the media is of course a step in the right direction, but had the police listened to the British National Party as far back as 2002 when Gavin Hopley was murdered, many of these attacks could and would have been prevented.

But it’s time for the police, the government and the controlled media to finally start taking these vicious attacks seriously. It is time for action, which is why we’ve called a demonstration in Hyde, Greater Manchester, on Saturday the 25th February, for 11am.
