Dear Sir or Madam:
I was both horrified and infuriated by the murder of a British soldier by a pair of Islamic savages today and my heart and condolences go out to all of my beloved British people.
I was born in the American state of Virginia, and am 100% British on both sides of my family. My father's family's ancestral village is Felsted, Essex (near Braintree), which I hope to visit in the coming year.
I was raised to have pride in "The Mother Country," as England
was called by both my father and my elementary school teachers.
Our heroes, from Arthur to Lord Nelson to Churchill were British, as were our
My mother's surname was Dickerson, but I do not know the county of origin.
I am 66 years of age and remember being taught in school that "The sun never sets on the British Empire."
The fact is, whether the liberals wish to admit it or not, every land touched by Great Britain as a colony was in much better condition when granted independence than before the British arrived.
India, for example, was no more than a land of warring principalities until Great Britain formed it into one country with a legal system that gave power to wealthy and alike, not to mention the unifying language of English to be used in administration.
Now, just as in the United States, Great Britain is host to a myriad of Islamic nationalities, many of whom could care less for British (or any Western) history, culture, or system.
They arrive to take advantage of the British idea of fair play and opportunities for all, then turn around and create "no-go" zones
in their neighbourhoods, bomb the underground, and, now, murder a British soldier on British soil.
The ancestors of these immigrants were not with Alfred the Great at Edington, nor with Athelstan at Brunanburh; they were not at Hastings or Waterloo
or a thousand other places where British valour carried the day.
Those who wish the destruction of the West have nothing in common with the great land that
gave birth to the Edwards, the Henrys, the Age of Exploration, the Industrial Revolution, and a legal system that is copied in the United States, Canada,
and other First World countries.
I just wanted to write and thank the British National Party for your heroic fight to save what is British in Great Britain. I have passed on my love of my British
heritage to my three daughters and, when they visit Great Britain, I want them to be able to see the land of their roots, an English England.
May God bless you all and May God bless Great Britain!
Sincerely, Mr P.Porter
