A landmark case which demonstrates how the indigenous people of Britain have been reduced to the status of second-class citizens in their own homeland ended quietly last Thursday when celebrity photographer Cinnamon Heathcote-Drury was found not guilty of racially aggravated assault in a trial at Isleworth Crown Court.
By Maid of Kent-While the not guilty verdict in this case may appear to vindicate the British justice system, the details of the case chillingly reveal that indigenous British citizens have no rights or protection when faced with unfounded accusations from Third World invaders and colonisers.
Heathcote-Drury, whose only crime appears to be naivety in relation to the multicultural nightmare inflicted on the British people, had made the common Liberal elite mistake of assuming that when she came into contact with Third World invaders they would act in exactly the same way that indigenous people act - and she was badly mistaken.
Just as she was equally mistaken when she assumed that she would be treated without prejudice by the politically corrupted law system which believes that indigenous white people are always guilty when accused by Third World invaders.
Described in the MSM as bohemian but resolutely middle-class, Heathcote-Drury was shopping in a Tesco store in West London when she noticed pregnant Mounia Hamoumi struggling to empty her shopping trolley while her husband Abdelkrim Danyaoui stood by with their two children and watched. Hamoumi, wearing a hijab and long black tunic, was unsurprisingly having trouble emptying the overflowing trolley no doubt being hampered by her choice of clothes which make any physical effort extremely difficult.
Suggesting to Danyaoui that he help his wife and then naively making condescending remarks about feminism, Heathcote-Drury was told 'You f*** off' and when she attempted to leave the shop, was hit in the face and kicked by Hamoumi who, during the assault, lost her balance and fell.
Despite being the victim of a violent physical assault, Heathcote-Drury was herself arrested, held overnight in a police cell, and eventually charged by the CPS with racially aggravated assault.
While Heathcote-Drury was guilty of what most people would consider to be an unwarranted interference in other people's business which, coupled with a typical Liberal condescending attitude, would annoy anyone, the facts remain that her annoying behaviour was no excuse for such a violent reaction, or, most importantly, her arrest, imprisonment and prosecution on the unfounded evidence provided by her attackers.
With Heathcote-Drury mentioning that her attackers were speaking a foreign language between themselves, the Police identifying them as Muslims and the MSM reporting that little information was given in court about the couple whose allegations resulted in the attempted criminalisation of an innocent if naive British citizen, other than their names and that Danyaoui's stated occupation is a teacher, the implication for indigenous British citizens is that in any confrontation with non-indigenous people - whether they be British citizens, foreign visitors or illegal immigrants - the authorities concerned will always believe the non-indigenous accuser even in the complete absence of supporting evidence.
While everybody - citizens or foreign visitors - should have the full protection of the law when in Britain and any allegations that they make should be investigated fully, this case chillingly reveals that the authorities always assume that indigenous Britons are the culprits in any alleged crime and worse, that they are unconcerned about the complete lack of any evidence to prove or disprove their biased assumptions.
With her unfortunate experience, Heathcote-Drury has learnt the lesson that in the Orwellian dystopia created by the Marxist policies of successive Lib/Lab/Con governments, white people are always the guilty oppressors - especially so if they are from the indigenous British races - and Third World invaders are always the innocent victims, whatever the true facts of the case, which the 'justice' system has no inclination to discover in case those facts interfere with their anti-white prejudice.
One would assume that following this nightmare experience, Heathcote-Drury with her out-dated Liberal elite beliefs that people from all over the world are exactly the same as indigenous Britons and that once resident in our country they will automatically act in a civilised way and assume the values of our society, has now been persuaded otherwise .
We could also reasonably assume that with her Liberal elite beliefs, Heathcote-Drury would have voted in the past for one of the three political parties whose policies have created the dystopian state that she now lives in and that she, like millions of other indigenous Britons, has fallen for their 'extremist BNP' lies - and that perhaps she will reflect on her experience and come to the logical conclusion that it is not the BNP whose policies have led to the extremist state where the indigenous people of Britain have become persecuted second-class citizens in their own country with the unfounded accusations of any foreign invaders given precedence over the evidence of an indigenous citizen.
