Marxism inspires millions to struggle for a better world. The Communist Manifesto is the starting point in understanding working class politics.
By Northernscot-It was written in 1847 and published the following year.
The CP reprinted the Manifesto in 2005 as part of its Classics of Communism series, read it here.
This picture and text is from the front page of The British Communist Party website.
This picture seems to show a strange marriage of ideals when you consider Communism has persecuted religion in many countries.
Christianity and Islam faced violence in the Soviet Union from the good old far left extremist communists.
Yet they seem to be joined at the hip looking at this picture. Why?
World domination might be one answer?
Being totally outdated as the communists are, maybe they think that Islam is a great partner to get rid of the present broken world order and replacing it with their version.
Who knows?
Now time to think.
1. If I am a Muslim, why would I want to befriend communists? Let’s face it, they don’t believe in God.
2. If I am a communist, why would I want to befriend a religion that might destroy me?
Could both use each other towards meeting their idea of utopia?
Now comrade Muslim, we will defend you and work with you to change the world system so that the workers united will govern with fairness to all, even women.
We must remember though, our comrades in the Soviet States and China persecuted religions including Islam.
Now Blessed communist, we will work with you to change the present world order that persecutes Muslims and the poor workers.
All will be equal, well except women and infidels.
Work with us, but we might do away with political parties once we change the system and replace it with Islamic Mullahs making blessed decisions.
You would think that The British Communist Party would use a picture showing a working class Brit.
You know, user friendly etc. Instead, the picture could be taken as Communism and Islam together.
