The judicial system has today had an outbreak of common sense when John Terry was found not guilty of racially abusing a rival player during a Premiership game.
During the four day trial, Terry had been accused of calling QPR player Anton Ferdinand a 'f****** black c***' and a 'f****** k***head' after Ferdinand goaded him for his with affair with a team-mate's girlfriend.
This trial, and its absolute waste of taxpayers’ money calls into question trial by media, and the media assumption that you are guilty before trial - a verminously anti-British trait. Terry should now be given the captain’s armband back, with a full apology, and perhaps England should start winning football matches again, rather than partaking in unnecessary witch hunts.
