There have been many World Powers in Antiquity and since.

By Cllr Ian Holt-The cradle of mankind despite the theories and distorted historical license espoused by ‘acknowledged experts’ placing it somewhere in Africa or Australia is,according to the one true source of knowledge, the Bible, rooted in Babylon modern day Iraq.

From this birth of Mankind came mighty empires:

• Egypt• Assyria• Babylon• Medo-Persia
• Greece• Rome• Great Britain

I would like to take a look at just one of these mighty empires Greece.
Greece was the very seat of Democracy.

The term comes from the Greek word δημοκρατία (dēmokratía) "rule of the people", which was derived from δῆμος (dēmos) "people" and -κρατία (-kratia) "rule" to indicate the political system exercised within Greek city-states.

All citizens had equal privileges in the assembly.However,non-citizens,such as metics (foreigners living in Athens) or slaves, had no political rights at all.
How different today in true British Democracy that foreigners, are not only given the vote, but abuse it in widespread fraud!

Alexander the Great (Macedonia) Greece’s greatest commander overthrew the Persian King Darius III and conquered the entirety of the Persian Empire.

At that point, his empire stretched from the Adriatic Sea to the Indus River. However, this was not enough, seeking to reach the "ends of the world and the Great Outer Sea",he invaded India in 326 BC,in which he sustained an injury that would lead to his short, but all conquering life.

The map below illustrates the extent of his empires borders.

Today it is the ‘Beast’ of the European Union that is looking to extend the Borders of its Empire.

Take a look at the Map on the Right.

Looks to me as if the European block is Empire building?

What do you think?
