Keep up to date with the developing riots across the capital via Nick Griffin’s Twitter and Facebook profiles. Mr Griffin is being informed by British National Party activists on the ground in trouble spots in London.
In the last few hours, Nick has tweeted reports of violence in Wood Green, Palmers Green, Southgate, East Barnet, Hackney, Peckham and others.
He has also warned about reports of trouble expected in Borehamwood and Birmingham, as shops close early and put up shutters to protect their windows.
‘We’re well ahead of the controlled media because we have more eyes and ears out on the streets than they do,’ said Mr Griffin.
‘It’s clear from the TV footage that police are under orders to use kid gloves. If English lads did it, they’d beat the hell out of them.
‘The police need to get tough. Water cannons, plastic bullets and snatch squads needed before innocent people start dying in fires. Courts should sit in all-night emergency sessions and send people down immediately for long jail terms. Send a hundred down for affray for five or six years each, like they did to English lads in 1958 Notting Hill riots and it would all stop.’
