By Imnokuffar- Emma West goes on trial today – the 5th September 2012.
Emma West will almost certainly be jailed for the crime of speaking ill of racial minorities and swearing – according to the CPS this constitutes two counts of “Racially Aggravated Public Order Offences” a very serious offence carrying a maximum penalty of imprisonment.

This, after she was taken into “Protective Custody” before Christmas for her own safety and was remanded in custody.

She was then up in court on the 17th November and a trial date set for June. 11th.

This was postponed until September 5th for ‘reports’. She pleaded not guilty.

The delay suggests they are trying to wear Emma West down by extending the wait so that she will eventually plead guilty.

The authorities are terrified of a full trial following a not guilty plea. The reason given for the delay – yet more medical reports – is ludicrous, because they have had more than 8 months to get whatever was needed.

The only other (and related) explanation I can come up with is that the medical reports are part of an attempt to take her children away from her if she does not plead guilty and they need more time to prepare social service reports.

The CPS know they have a weak case – none of the tram passengers made any official complaint to two transport police who where at the tram stop.

Fearing they are probably going to lose this case, one option might be to have her declared mentally unfit for trial,  Emma has a 4 year old son and had taken a double dose of medication prior to the incident.

Her life is almost certainly ruined and the effects on her son and family can only be imagined.

It is not just Emma West who has suffered under this cruel and unjust system as we shall see.

Jacqueline Woodhouse was sent down for 21 weeks after admitting to “causing, alarm, harassment and distress” on a Central line tube.

The judge had this to say:
"Anyone viewing it would feel a deep sense of shame that our citizens could be subject to such behaviour who may, as a consequence, believe that it secretly represents the views of other white people."

The judge told Woodhouse she would serve half her prison term behind bars and banned her from using the London Underground or Docklands Light Railway while drunk for a five-year period.

This Judge is supposed to be impartial...

Her life is almost certainly ruined.

Toni McLeod is another “Far Right” victim

Social workers want to seize a baby as soon as it is born because they are concerned about the mother’s links to the English Defence League.

Durham County Council has told Toni McLeod she would pose a “risk of significant harm” to the baby.

Social workers fear the child would become radicalised with EDL views and want it put up for adoption immediately.

Mrs McLeod, who is 35 weeks pregnant, is a former leading member of the EDL, in which she was known as the “English Angel”.

She stands to lose her baby and her husband is a full time soldier just back from Afghanistan.

Her life is almost certainly ruined and the effects on her husband can only be imagined – he is risking his life for this?

However, On the Left...

One of the EDL's most outspoken critics has surprised many by coming to Mrs. McLeod's defence.

Liberal Democrat member of Parliament John Hemming has criticised the threats against McLeod, claiming they are Orwellian motivated:
"This case is one where the 'thought police' have decided to remove her baby at birth because of what she might say to the baby.

I wonder what the baby’s father is thinking when he fights for a country which won’t allow him to have a child because of what the child’s mother might say."

The Curious Case of Abu Qatada...

Hemming also sounded more like a Tory Conservative when he questioned why radical Islamist Abu Qatada is allowed to retain custody of his children, despite his terrorist past:
"It raises a curious question as to why Abu Qatada is allowed to radicalise his children but the state won’t take the chance of allowing Toni McLeod to look after her baby in case she says something social workers won’t like."

Qatada was convicted in absentia in his native Jordan on terrorism charges.

The British government also ordered him to be deported due to his lengthy association with violent Muslim organisations.

However, the Strasbourg-based European Human Rights court overturned the British order due to Qatada's human rights may be violated if deported back to Jordan

Darren Conway

Mr Conway put anti-Islamic literature in his own front window and was jailed for a year.

The Judge said: "To describe the material you put in your window as grossly offensive is an understatement.

"There is no place in a civilised society for conduct of that sort and the only sentence I can justify for it is an immediate custodial sentence."

This Judge is supposed to be impartial....

His life is almost certainly ruined.

You make up your own mind.

Does Emma West stand a chance of a fair trial today?
