By Simon Darby-Excellent news from Westminster as Jo Swinson, Minister of State for Employment Relations and Consumer Affairs, has just announced the Govt will not appeal the recent court decision concerning the persecution of the BNP's Arthur Redfearn.
So the people who would subvert the democratic process and consequently have us live off dog food whilst being replaced in our own land, have just received a very painful kick between the legs from the British National Party.
It will have implications for all people who have lost their jobs because of their political beliefs - left, right and centre.
The Prison Service and the Police also may well be acting illegally by continuing to specifically discriminate against the BNP and its members.

The Yorkshire Post are already on to the story, with others set to follow. I'm really pleased for Arthur, this will come as a great relief for him knowing he has finally won his struggle for justice after nine hard years.
