The illegal immigrant who won the right to stay in Britain because he had 'owned a cat' had been arrested by police for shoplifting. Ranzo Avila, who was a student from Bolivia, was allowed to stay in soft-touch, politically correct Britain because he had made a relationship here and also owned a cat.
