Nick Griffin MEP is to launch a court action to get the Barking election result overturned and the “liar” Margaret Hodge banned from parliament using the Phil Woolas court case as a precedent, the party has announced.

The High Court ruling today that Labour MP Phil Woolas “deliberately” spread lies about his opponents during the May 2010 election has opened the legal door to finally prevent the Labour Party, the Tories, the Lib Dems and their far-left Communist Party allies from deliberately spreading lies about the British National Party.

Labour MP for Oldham East and Saddleworth, Phil Woolas, could possibly lose his parliamentary seat if an ongoing court case goes against him — and would that not be a fine day, reports British National Party candidate and Euro assistant Chris Beverley.
