Minimum wage: Are care workers being short-changed?

Hundreds of thousands of workers are being denied their right to be paid the National Minimum Wage (NMW), according to research by Kings College London. The figures estimate that between 150,000 and 200,000 social care workers across the UK are being paid less than the legal minimum.
