The end of winter may officially be a way off yet but members of the British National Party had a good spring clean in the woods of County Durham.

Despite several requests, the local Council have failed to keep the woods clear of litter. The volunteers took it upon themselves to do the Council’s job and tidy the area, which is a favourite with dog walkers and local residents.

The British National Party TV team were on the streets of Preston yesterday to report on the nationwide public sector pension strikes. They interviewed a number of the protestors from different trade unions.
