Victory for Solidarity with Sita Suez Case: Extremists Defeated

August 21, 2008 by BNP News              Print this post Print this post            Email This Post Email This Post

The extremist leftist Unite Union and its allies have been utterly defeated by the pro-British worker union Solidarity in their attempts to get British workers sacked at the Wolverhampton Sita Suez plant.

The three workers were the subject of a smear campaign launched by Unite, and culminated in Sita Suez, suspending the men simply because of their membership of Solidarity, and no other reason.

Solidarity immediately mobilised and brought its considerable legal expertise to bear upon the company. “We are pleased to report that Sita Suez has seen the error of its ways, and has agreed to reinstate the three Solidarity members immediately, without any blemish on their record,” reported Pat Harrington, Solidarity secretary general.

“The ‘investigation’ has been terminated, and the attempts by the anti-British trade union to punish workers for leaving and joining Solidarity, has failed. Our thanks to all those who supported the campaign,” he said.

BNP chairman Nick Griffin said he was delighted with the outcome. “This goes to show the gangsters running the other trade unions that the days of them being able to bully and intimidate British workers is now well and truly over. This case marks a turning point in the fight for British worker rights, and will resound throughout all industries. British workers have the right to join any trade union of their choosing, and no-one, especially not a bunch of fat-cat far leftists, can force them to do otherwise.”

Righteous anger & political action:

The British National Party believes in telling the truth, even if it is sometimes uncomfortable to hear or offensive to those who would rather bury their heads in the sand than face real problems in our society. But while we often pass quite critical comment on the impact of immigration, multi-culturalism and alien religions on the indigenous people of our lands, we have no animosity towards immigrants, their descendants or the followers of non-native religions. Nor do we intend to encourage others to feel such animosity, or believe that anything we have to say is likely to 'stir up hatred' against anyone.

In fact, we believe that by providing a peaceful and Constitutional outlet for the anger and the frustration felt by millions of our people over the undemocratic transformation of our country by our political masters, the BNP actually defuses tensions. Where there is 'hate' we seek to turn it into righteous anger and political action against the only people who deserve to be hated - the politicians who use our taxes to turn our country into a place where we often feel like strangers in our own land.

This is fantastic news and obviously is the correct course of action. Sita SEWER will think twice next time along with Unite in messing with Solidarity. Congratulations to the three workers for standing strong.

Great result for freedom, tremendous boost!

Some more good news for British workers.
BAE Systems has won a three billion pound order to supply the MOD with ammunition for the next fifteen years.
At one time this business was to be sent abroad.
The BNP highlighted this on the website.
I wonder if this had any effect ?

Maybe there are still a few free thinking Judges out there in Looneyland UK

Wonderful. My dad always said there’ll always be a backlash in any forum. I guess the unions are beginning to experience one. “You won’t get me, I’m part of the Union” - mindless optimism.

Another small but extremely important victory for truth and justice for the three workers by the democratic Solidarity union against the forces of Red Totalitarianism. Well done to all involved.

Glad to see a successful outcome. Well done Solidarity. Maybe now more British workers will see the folly in belonging to unions like Unite or Unison. Every time I have read Unison’s union rag I see them supporting asylum seekers, illegal immigrants, non indigenous workers and Gays, Lesbians and transsexuals as some glorious cause worthy of the dreaded positive action recruitment.

Having been a member of COHSE, and then UNISON, for a number of years whilst nursing, I will say that they were generally ineffectual when called upon for support.

Congratulations on this victory for Solidarity, putting British workers first.

Whatever happened to Mark Walker, the teacher who was suspended last summer for being a BNP member?
We need to take the fight to the enemy, not spending our time fighting a rear-guard action against their lies and intimidation.
More legal action, please - let’s use their own spurious laws against them.

Great result. Sita Suez is an international company but they saw sense. Unite on the other hand is the remnant of communist control run by wicked remnants of that era in history that was responsible for the deaths of untold millions on top of the 100 million we know of.
I just wished that Solidarity had the funds availabe to sue Unite into the Stone Age where they belong. But fortunately for Solidarity members, it is circumspect with its members’ hard earned dues.

Well done Solidarity. It’s about time someone stood up to the Marxist Unions.

  12. medion on August 21st, 2008 2:58 pm

Never in all my working years have I seen a union work so quickly and get a good result. Well done Solidarity, I can also see you work for the great British worker, wish you were around donkey’s years ago. This country wouldn’t be in the mess it’s in now.

Excellent result, “Another step forward for British mankind” and FREEDOM.

Events seem to be moving at a breakneck pace.
Only months ago, if you put BNP in an internet post, they were blanked out.
Not only does this not now happen but the media are grudgingly reporting us not always fairly but certainly more so than before. Having only been a member for a year, I can see the progress for myself and not trying to go overboard, it is outstanding.
Can I just say one thing and I mean this in all seriousness. Nick G. cannot be in all places at the same time. His workload must be phenomenal. Please keep an eye on his health as no one can go on like this without some sort of respite.
    All the best.

Rest assured, Nick is better at monitoring his own health than certain other party leaders! - Ed.

    Excellent result for Solidarity!

I wonder how many workers at Sita Suez may have been waiting for the outcome of this before jumping ship.

It’d be good to get some feedback in a couple of months to see if there is additional takeup of membership.

Join now whilst there are still some remnants of industry left. The others are in on the scam to make you unemployed (by outsourcing your jobs to the Far East).

  17. Allan@Aberdeen on August 21st, 2008 7:50 pm

Are some of the ‘unions’ not attempting to recruit in Poland? I fail to grasp the logic of supposed representatives of British workers campaigning to bring in foreign workers to undercut the pay rates of their own members. But, of course, there is no logic: just part of NuLab’s vicious campaign against British workers.

  18. bulldogbob on August 21st, 2008 8:33 pm

What absolutely wonderful news, what a pity I have now just stopped work as my membership to Solidarity would be in the post immediately. Very good representation of it’s members indeed!

    -
Hi Bob. Anyone can still join and support Solidarity even if retired - Ed

  19. JIM GREEN on August 21st, 2008 8:36 pm

    Allan@Aberdeen,
You are right, the unions did go to Poland on a recruitment drive, doesn’t make sense does it?
However I suspect that Brown and Co had a lot to do with it. I am willing to bet that Bob Crowe [the union, commie that is anti- BNP] receives some kind of honour for all he does for this Stalinist government.
For the life of me I find it difficult to understand why workers in this country belong to any of the mainstream unions unless they dont know that the unions fund the government. I can’t believe they are all commies or too dense to realise it. Do they not Know that there is a real alternative to both the mainstream trades unions or government!?

  20. Brian Cosworth on August 21st, 2008 8:50 pm

    Excellent success, well done, Solidarity!

Talking of unions we recently have watched the behaviour of RMT in their games of brinkmanship regarding the Tube drivers going on strike in London. The tube drivers are already earning up to £50,000 (according to the Times) but received a slightly smaller percentage pay rise than the employees of a privately owned company that works on the tube. Behind the unreasonable demands is the hand of the ultra communist Crow. RMT’s threats were answered and a strike that would have put London out was averted. The Times newspaper in its comments describes RMT’s behaviour as old class hatred.

I think that there is a real possibility of Richard Barnbrook becoming the London mayor when Londoners tire of Biffo the Buffoon. When this happens you can bet your bottom dollar that the Marxist driven unions will do all they can including bringing London to a halt to try to oust a BNP mayor.

There must be plans in place to deal with this. I would suggest that the only way to deal with Rottweilers is vigorously, immediate incarcaration of the gang leaders and services to be run by the armed forces, and a huge recruitment drive to replace those who would strike for political anti white anti British agendas. If the Times is right about those massive wage packets, somehow I don’t see those employed to drive trains wanting to risk being kicked off the gravy train.

    -
We won’t be requiring the services of the Armed Forces Brian and they have enough on their plate as it is. Richard Barnbrook and his team will prove expert in the art of persuasion should anyone try to resist the will of the people - Ed

Justice DOES prevail sometimes, but not often enough in this country. Well done Solidarity, an excellent outcome!

  22. ianpenrhyndd on August 22nd, 2008 9:05 am

Well done to Solidarity and all involved. To show our Solidarity with SOLIDARITY everone should print this NEWS and show it to everybody.

Rumour has it that Solidarity is forming a section that will welcomed by a large section of British Workers. All ouir best wishes for your expansion.

In Poland I doubt if the British Communist Trade Unions will have much success they do not like Communists! EXPERIENCE! Believe me I know. Gratulacje!

  23. DaveSA on August 22nd, 2008 11:10 am

We should be happy that Sita Suez has relented.

They made a mistake, it was pointed out to them, and they took corrective action.

There is nothing wrong with that. If only the LibLabCon voters would realise their mistake and take corrective action then the world would be a much better place.

  24. RW on September 12th, 2008 8:53 pm

Good publicity for you! Well done. More people will hear of you and an alternative option opened up. Perhaps you’ll expand like the BNP and take over, say, the NUT!
