Lying ‘Asylum Seeker’ Escapes Jail Over Fake Passport

August 18, 2008 by BNP News

Bogus ‘asylum seeker’ Igunzy Witakeng has received a suspended 26-week prison sentence after admitting to possessing a false Belgian passport and obtaining work by deception.

The 43-year-old was a preacher in Burundi in Eastern Africa and after falling out with some fellow Burundians, claimed asylum in soft-touch Britain in 2004.

In September 2006 he gained work at James Blakeman sausage manufacturers by producing a photocopy of a Belgian passport. Appearing in court, Witakeng

pleaded guilty to possessing a false identity document with intent, obtaining a pecuniary advantage by deception and fraud by false representation.

Stuart Muldoon, defending, said his client, a married father-of-three, arrived in Britain on Boxing Day 2004. He said he is hoping to be allowed to stay in this country as his wife and children have already been given leave to remain in Britain. Judge Simon Tonking did not recommend Witakeng for deportation. He suspended the sentence for 12 months.

Suspended sentence - that’s a conviction in my eyes , so time to get rid and reunite him with the delights of Burundi , having abused the rules of this fair land . I am prepared to wager my entire outgoings for the next coming month of September that he will still be here for his fourth anniversary on Boxing day 2008 . Tough on crime , tough on the causes of crime ? Don’t make me laugh .

“…..hoping to be allowed to stay in this country”. Wonder if any bookies would give odds on the outcome?

That’s another Common Purpose judge toeing the Marxist line by doing what his political masters expect of him.

Just wait for him to extend his family, with his new offspring being born in Britain and thus being British citizens, making deportation virtually impossible, assuming that there will ever be the political will to do so. But then hell will freeze over before that happens.

The usual sentence for this is 8 to 14 months. The lowest I’ve seen is 6 months. Visit the Home Office website and check out their criteria for deportation - it’s a sentence of 12 months or more, or less if court-recommended. He’s not going anywhere. He presumably gave the Judge a sob story about having to work illegally to support his wife and kids. It would be interesting to read the sentencing transcript on this. Of course, the sentence could be challenged if the Home Sec believes it to be unduly lenient, but what are the odds on that?

RE: my previous post. Here’s the link if anyone wants to look. Amazing what the government is obliged to publish in the public domain:

Obviously this grubby little lowlife should be sent on the next plane home, but with his (extremely) soft sentence, plus the excuse that he has to be with his wife and kids, who have the right to be in this country apparently, he is certain to remain. Oh, how low will the legal system stoop to cater for these people, and when will the only right thinking party, the BNP, be elected by the good people left in this country, to sort out this mess. Let us pray it is at next general election time that we shall have our day and sort out this shambles of a system.

I’m sorry to ED, but that last post of mine made it sound like I’m a member. I am ashamed to admit that at the moment I am between jobs, and as so currently find it a bit difficult to sort my membership, but sort it I will, soon as I can! I have been an avid supporter for a while now, but never got around to getting my membership, more fool me. A lot of my friends and family support the cause as well, I am working on getting them to join as they agree with your policies as do I! God Bless the work of the BNP, you will have new additions very soon.

Hopefully you’ll join in time for next year’s RedWhitenBlue. Good luck with the job-hunting :^) -Ed
