Swansea Case Reveals How Easily Asylum Seekers Swindle Britain
A Swansea court case involving a failed asylum seeker from Zimbabwe has revealed just how easy it is to swindle Britain’s immigration laws - and raises the frightening possibility that if it is this easy, it is likely to be very widespread.
Mishek Munduna, whose claim for asylum was so blatantly bogus that even the corrupt Labour regime was forced to turn it down, simply changed the details on his Home Office registration card to show that he had the right to work in the UK.
He then used the easily altered document to get a job looking after elderly people at the Calon Fawr Nursing Home, in Sketty. Despite being given a sensitive position - looking after elderly British folk - he was able to convince them that he had a National Insurance Number, vital to register for tax purposes.
Munduna was only arrested after a tip off from an alert private person, and was sentenced last week to six month sin jail for “using an altered Home Office document with intent to deceive.”
There are two important points:
(1) It is obviously a simple matter for bogus and failed asylum seekers to “disappear” into the system by simply altering documents, something which they can do themselves at home (doubtless with stationery purchased from their asylum seeker’s benefit grants provided courtesy of the British taxpayer); and
(2) There are also obviously very little, if any, checks on the large numbers of illegals living in the UK when they apply for positions, even ones as important which Munduna held. It was only through his sheer bad luck that he was caught, which raises the possibility that there could very well be thousands and thousands more cases just like his.
The British National Party’s policy on asylum is as follows: Under international law, Britain is obliged to accept asylum seekers from neighbouring countries only — if those people have a genuine fear for their lives in their home country. This means that Britain has an obligation to accept asylum seekers from Ireland and France - and nowhere else.
Asylum seekers are entitled, according to international law, to seek refuge in the first “safe” country bordering their own. An asylum seeker fleeing Zimbabwe, for example, has the right of refuge in South Africa, Zambia, Botswana or Mozambique - but not in Britain.
There is no excuse whatsoever for “asylum seekers” to cross ten, twenty or even in some cases, thirty “safe” countries in order to get to soft-touch Britain.
The British National Party says that there are, therefore, no, repeat, no, legal asylum seekers in the United Kingdom. They are all here illegally, having broken international law in terms of their rights of refuge in the nearest safe country, and in terms of Britain’s legal and moral obligations.
A BNP government will instantly close the asylum loophole created by successive treasonous old party governments. Britain will cease to be a soft touch for endless gangs of asylum swindlers, who have been allowed to proliferate due to years of Tory and Labour misrule.

The number of blunders due to that idiot Gordon Clown just keeps growing, an unchecked illegal person working with the elderly…disgusting!
WAKE UP BRITAIN, GORDON CLOWN DOESNT CARE
I agree with your statement about there being few legal asylum seekers in the UK. But there is one small problem. How do you tell where these asylum seekers originated from, especially when they have passed through so many borders and in many cases supplied false details to the authorities? This also makes deportation system for illegals time-consuming, costly and extremely difficult if done within the law.
Please, please please let there be a BNP government very soon.
Whether it be asylum seekers or illegals I don’t care - these people should stay in their own countries. Its the idiotic lefties faults who do all they can to make these people come here in their millions and sponge off the English taxpayer. The only people who should be living in Britain are the indigenous population and those in exceptional circumstances who should be allowed to call England home. I’m guessing that is less then 1% of the immigration which we currently get.
Apest: I believe a person’s DNA can be used to determine where an immigrant originated from, should a government so wish to. They could then repatriate all illegal enrichers back to where they came from. However our current politically correct Marxist government only wants to use DNA databases to keep track of the indigenous population, not to send back illegal immigrants.
……….
On the other hand - if the immigrant refuses to tell the authorities where they originally came from, we could tell them that we must assume it is Afghanistan by default and that is where they will be returned to. More than a few would then start being honest. -Ed
Come on News Team, get that atlas out… If we are obliged to accept refugees from neighbouring countries, it wouldn’t just be from France and Ireland, but Belgium, Netherlands, Norway and even Germany (it has a North Sea coast)… maybe even Iceland??

Welcome Nobby. I think in this case ‘neighbouring countires’ means ‘the rest of the world’. - Ed.
Why bother with any ‘rules’ at all, since when you get a backlog of say, 250,000 cases, you can just write them off and grant leave to stay, courtesy of the taxpayer? Saves all that irksome work and checking. Much better to just offload it all onto the unsuspecting public… Well, maybe there was something we could have done, but it’s too late now!! Care for another gin and tonic?
I just had a thought on reading Nobby’s post and Ed’s rest of the world comment: I would rather have Martians pay us English/British Earthlings a visit, than some of those I see walking our streets.
Then again, the Martian visit would probably be rather short lived. They would take one look at the state of Britain’s flotsam wandering our streets and say, “To heck with this, let’s try that inert rock (Moon) we passed a few seconds ago. It looked much more friendly.”
The very least this character could have done for the dictatorship is rape or kill some Britons, or get one of our girls pregnant. After all, that is the reason why he was INVITED into this Country.Mind you, he did fulfil his other state-sanctioned mission of using up British resources.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
Does anyone know a person of “Sound Mind” who admits to voting for the Liblabcon Artists?
Ed!!!!! Will you please publish the information. They must be a very rare species!
Perhaps Mr Mishek Mundana could give a few lessons to poor Mr Keir Hardie, whose case we were informed of a few articles back. The trouble with us Brits is, we’re far too honest and law-abiding. Immigrants like Mr Mundana can only get this far by being the craftiest, the most adept at lying, the most skilful at shifting for himself - in fact, it’s the law of jungle survival at its most textbook. Then we put in charge of the elderly. Heard about sharks in swimming pools? Has he even had a CRB check? Has he got an incurable incommunicable disease? Sure it wasn’t a translator giving him a bunk up the system? He convinced them he had an NI number? The man should be in politics and probably will be before too long.

Apest - that’s an easy problem to solve once we’re no longer part of the European Union - which I assume we won’t be after day 1 of a BNP government. From that moment on, our Law will be made in Westminster by the government of the day (us).
All that is needed is for us to pass a very short and simple (i.e. no loopholes) law stating that anyone due deportation who refuses to tell us their country of origin … is assumed by law to be from Afghanistan, and is flown to Baghram Air Base, Kabul - which we share control of with the USA - and released out through the main gate. We can do it from Lyneham or Brize by the Hercy-bird load. Byeee!
Won’t have to do many of those before they’re all clamouring to tell us where they came from. Hard? Yes - but necessary.
So this bogus and failed Asylum Seeker, with forged documents (an offence in itself) and absolutely no right to be here at all, got six months in jail. Good! But was an order made for his immediate deportation on release though? I assume not as the article makes no mention of it.
Wouldn’t that just be typical!
I like the point made that we should assume they are from Afghanistan if they fail to reveal where they come from. When the BNP inevitably come to power after a few months the message will get out to these economic migrants and terrorist sleeper cells that they will be retured from where they came if they manage to land or sail to our shores.
Around the year 2000, Hammersmith council here in London got swindled for large sums. Essentially Polish people were flying over to Britain and claiming asylum (In Hammersmith) which then had to house them while their application was being processed, as soon as they had the house they sublet it to students and flew back to Poland. It was a whole racket, I think Hammersmith council lost well in excess of £500k on this alone.
Another point.
How is it that nobody has to prove their eligibility to reside in Britain to get free medical advice from a GP etc.
The BNP does not need to change the tax system when it gets in, it simply just has to cut all the waste to NATO, EU, Foreign aid, Asylum and Medical wastage and it will save BILLIONS. Even Tories will vote BNP if you talk about tax reductions. Why not promote this, add up the waste and make it very public?
I was born in Germany as my father, who was a serving soldier at the time, was posted out there. The passport service wrote to me when I tried to get my first passport and said that ‘just because I had English parents, this did not necessarily entitle me to British citizenship.’ I have lived in Britain since my father was posted back here in 1992, my parents have been born and bred here for generations, most of which have served in the armed forces. How is it that these people have the cheek to question MY nationality and yet there are people like this bloke even living in the country, let alone in jobs where people are vulnerable and at risk? I have no doubt that, not only will he not be deported, but that he will receive his British passport upon his release. It has happened before it will happen again and again.
Tommy - did the Hammersmith council ever get back the money involved in that Polish racket? Having read this latest episode of the cheating ways of the so-called ‘asylum seekers’ it makes me realise just how much of a ’soft touch’ Britain has become for these conniving thieves and why so many of them head there. Is there no sanity left among the authorities that administer the various schemes that seem to be available to these interlopers?
I’m as angry as anyone about this matter and thousands of other similar matters. Your default country being Afghanistan is an excellent idea, but would the BNP round up all illegals currently in this country by virtue of previous amnesties, criminals and other undesirables?
there haven’t been any official amnesties, the answer is a resounding, Yes! - Ed
Further more they should be made to pay the costs if they have any assets although I would not be averse to waiving such costs if they agreed to be deported to the nearest safe haven; France I believe! That would give our people and air of pleasurable revenge, if that is not too vindictive!
I regularly pass through a beautiful and typically English rural village in East Yorkshire. In fact, you can’t buy a house or cottage there for under £450k!
Situated at the end of the village is a privately owned retirement home for the elderly - and very exclusive it is too. The carers who work here board my bus daily and are local people from the surrounding area, but recently I have noted the arrival of several new ‘carers’ of black African origin with a very poor command of the English language. So much so that one of them hands me a note with destination and ticket price written down.
My point quite simply is this; it doesn’t matter where the elderly are, be it in a council run care home or the exceptionally exclusive surroundings such as I’ve described. These foreign carers simply cannot satisfy the needs of either elderly group since their language skills are so poor.
I’ll leave you to consider the consequences.
We are now a nation of people working for the state who are nothing but box tickers. Why question, just pass and keep life simple. Did you see the picture of the government person in charge of the Sats exam fiasco. She was African! Welcome to the 3rd world Britain.
It is patently obvious that if the Home Office did not actively WANT this kind of thing to happen, they would make their documents unalterable.
