Our troops should be back in Britain, guarding our ports and airports!
A BRITISH soldier killed in an explosion while clearing for mines in the Upper Sangin Valley in Helmand province yesterday afternoon brings the overall death toll for British troops in Afghanistan to 108 since operations started in 2001.
The casualty is the 11th service personnel, including the first female victim, to have died in Afghanistan in little over two weeks.
It’s a tragic waste of life - Britain’s brightest and best picked off one-by-one in a meaningless war that provides no benefit to Britain and no benefit to the British people.
Air Chief Marshal Sir Jock Stirrup, the Chief of the Defence Staff, yesterday admitted the Armed Forces were “stretched beyond the capabilities we have” and could not go on fighting two wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
He said that while the military would need to be in the country for “some years” to ensure security, the civilian reconstruction effort would take much longer.
In a speech to journalists at Westminster, he said:
“We are talking about a country that is essentially medieval, that has very little in the way of infrastructure, very little in the way of human resource, that has an endemic culture of corruption. In terms of developing the country, that has to be an enterprise of decades.”
Anyone familiar with the history of Afghanistan will know that outside forces can never bring stability to the region, it is only the indigenous tribes that can do that. Any British life lost there is a life sacrificed for nothing.
It was wrong to invade Afghanistan and it was wrong to invade Iraq. The British National Party would withdraw our troops from both countries immediately.
The poppy fields of Afghanistan do threaten the British people because much of the drugs traffic they generate ends up in Britain. We must stop this trade by ensuring that the drugs don’t get into our country. We are an island and this should make the policing of our frontiers a straightforward operation given sufficient manpower.
Our armed forces are for the defence of Britain. Today our people and our country face a very real threat from the Islamic extremists now embedded within our society because of the Government’s open door immigration policy. Our troops should be back in Britain, guarding our ports and airports and providing the protection that British people pay their taxes to receive and which our Government should makes its priority.

What would be the point of in our forces be in guarding our borders when the liberal/left are ethnically cleansing our country of the indigenous population ?

That wouldn’t be the case with a BNP government.
Spread the word and keep the faith. - Ed
That 10,000 men are unfit for service is a dreadful condemnation of this appalling government and its dreadful policy:
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/frontline/2171797/Army-crisis-as-10%2C000-troops-are-unfit-to-fight.html
General Dannatt said that if the Iraq policy was persisted with it would “break the army” - and he managed to eventually persuade the idiot gov’t to withdraw from the middle of Basra and other areas.
I wonder if this vile Nulab faction and all the CP style maggots would actually like the army to be broken - after all everything else seems pretty much rotted and hollowed out.
In this context it was alarming to see Brian Gerrish’s written evidence on his video presentation that an infantry Brigade commander (East Midlands) had attended a CP local authority planning meeting.
We are lucky we have General Dannatt - though no doubt the Nulab traitors would love to remove this “turbulent” General, like Henry II wanted rid of Beckett!
“We can’t wish the Islamist challenge to our society away and I believe that the army both in Iraq and Afghanistan and probably wherever we go next, is fighting the foreign dimension of the challenge to our accepted way of life.” It is important, he added, “to face up to the Islamist threat, to those who act in the name of Islam and in a perverted way try to impose Islam by force on societies that do not wish it.”
He concluded: “It is said that we live in a post Christian society. I think that is a great shame. The broader Judeo-Christian tradition has underpinned British society. It underpins the British Army.”
In a recent speech General Dannatt said that he wanted his officers to gain experience of civil administration by secondment to local authorities - ostensibly to help with “reconstruction” in far flung places. He ended his remarks with the rather pregnant quote “it is politics to which the army must return”.
It’s fast becoming the slaughter of the innocents out there and all the mainstream parties are guilty. The Lib Dems may argue that they were the only party that opposed the war - but they did so in the full knowledge that their vote against it would be totally ineffective and alter nothing.
Our troops did not sign up to be sacrificial lambs on the altar of gesture politics that is Iraq and Afghanistan. We are trying to be masters in someone elses country - if the Muslim slum can be called a country. If Islam is Allah’s gift to these ‘peasants’ and they like it just the way they are, why should we go sticking our Christian noses in?
If the Taliban/Al-Qaeda tries using the hell-hole to launch attacks on the West, then attack and destroy them - but don’t try turning this tribal non-country into a democracy! As for civilian reconstruction, don’t make me laugh. As fast as anything meaningful and Christian may be built, it will be de-built by Islam.
Useless, unelected PM Brown said the other day that either we go to the Taliban or they come to us. Does the idiot not realise that they are already here, which is where the troops ought to be?
We will not be cutting and running from these Missions Impossible but cutting our losses. Iraq and Afghanistan are a brutal, bloody, unwinnable reality, not TV or movie fiction. Also, our brave troops weren’t given any ’should you choose to accept this mission’ option on a suicidal tape recorder. They were ordered in by an evil political alliance, of whom hardly any has seen a single day in the military. Bring them home now!
An excellent article. Not just are British servicemen dying in a war that is NONE of Britain’s business, but you and I, the British Taxpayer are TAXED TO THE HILT to pay for this war. It’s costing billions a year. How many hospitals would that pay for? How many more schools etc? All this money wasted on a needless war, when British pensioners are dying of hypothermia in their thousands every year because they can’t afford to pay their heating bills! And many people who are struggling to make ends meet every week because of sky-high food and fuel prices! Some of this is caused by instability in the Middle East. What we are involved in and who benefits? This Labour Government is a bloody disgrace!
@ samba
I would like very much for Britain to have the wherewithal to chase Bin Laden to the ends of the Earth, but the fact remains that, at present, we don’t have enough resources. We have to concentrate on the war of subversion and terror being waged against us by our own Monsters of Iniquity in their Palace of Tora Lie-Bora, “tighten our belts” for action on the home-front and protect our own borders. Cool and calculating wins more battles than rash and hot-headed. We must be more like Sun Tzu than Clausewitz.
It is not likely that this regime would attempt to use British forces against the population of this country.
The real threat to BNP members and supporters will come from Europol. The members of these so-called ‘police forces’ being German, French, Italian etc. would have no problem opening fire on unarmed civilians. This is why a Europe-wide police force exists. In France and Germany etc. it would be UK police doing the shooting.
BNP members and supporters will be classed as terrorists by the EU.
This is not a ‘maybe’, this will happen for the simple reason that the EU commissars and the UK regime will not, under any circumstances, allow the ballot box and democracy to affect the growth of the EUSSR superstate.
We believe in democracy and in peaceful change, but I guarantee that we will be denied the ballot box and democracy. Democratic elections in this country are already a thing of the past.
If you believe that the EUSSR will permit a large and growing ‘5th column’ of BNP members and supporters to their own devices then you shouldn’t be allowed out without a responsible adult.
The EUSSR allows NO opposition. Deal with it.
I’ve been a member for over 3 years and I will NOT go quietly.
Our troops should be back in Britain, guarding our ports and airports? To keep our enemies OUT. I agree, but only a few of them. The majority should set up a perimeter around Westminster to keep our enemies IN.
……
Or, better still, escorting them to the Tower. -Ed
Well my take on it is that we are better taking the fight to them than them taking the fight to us!! When Iraq was fighting Iran for over 20 years it didn’t bother the West one little bit! It was when they stopped fighting each other and started looking elsewhere to fight that things changed …. we were then drawn into the scrap with Gulf War “1″
I think that if we withdraw completely there could be more problems than what we have at this moment!!!
The French are pushing for an EU army because their own military is in such a mess.
“Most of France’s tanks, helicopters and jet fighters are unusable and its defence apparatus is on the verge of “falling apart”, it has emerged”
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/france/2084832/French-army-falling-apart,-documents-show.html
ALSO … “Police officers must re-learn to use their common sense and discretion in fighting crime after years of ‘ rigid ‘ guidelines and targets”, warned chief constable Julia Hodson, the new chief of Nottinghamshire Police yesterday.
Firstly may I congratulate Julia.
Secondly, may I ask, “How the hell did you manage to get the job with that attitude?”
Thirdly, may I suggest you had to use the Marxist tactic of lying though your teeth, and kiss-###’d your Marxist superiors until you got the job.
Fourthly, what’s good for the goose is good for the gander. Use Marxist tactics to get rid of Marxists.
Fifthly, can you apply this new diktat to stop promotions based purely on targets for ethnicity?
Sixthly, do you really mean this or is it just more government sponsored bulls***?
The fatal flaw in supporting these pointless - and illegal - wars, is that few people who advocate such a viewpoint would wish to see their own loved ones lay down their lives for such a war. This is the major problem with Parliament. I’m sure we would have been told, had an MP’s son or daughter been seriously injured or killed. In fact, I doubt if any of them have actually got a son or daughter in the military.
So its easy to be in favour of such ‘worthy’ causes when there is no risk whatsoever to their own loved ones. One leading Democrat in Congress has even suggested bringing back the US draft because politicians are much less likely to hurry to war when their own childrens’ lives may be on the line!
Of course, wealth and privilege will always protect certain people even when ’serving’ one’s country. Prince Harry was never, ever in the sort of danger that ordinary troops have to live and die with every day. It’s not Harry’s fault that he’s a Prince but I wish these stupid newspapers would stop trying to make him out to be a hero just for being there while in a relatively safe environment.
I sincerely believe we’re now in far more danger (from the enemy within) because of our rush to war in Iraq and Afghanistan. Our own 7/7 would not have occured but for our twin involvment out there. Of course the politicians and their children, once again, are more or less protected, while ordinary you and I - and our loved ones - have to take our chances with the suicidal Islamic hand of fate.
Our brave troops should be brought home.We are being told continuously that our troops are making these countries into democracies, but what about OUR DEMOCRACY we are losing this every day, remember the EU constitution promise !! We should get our troops back home and then make sure that Brown,Blair and co.should be tried for war crimes.HOW CAN THESE HYPOCRITES COMPLAIN ABOUT MUGABE, THERE IS VERY LITTLE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEM.
When our soldiers are fighting to install democracy, something we don’t have in Britain anymore, and they are doing it on behalf of people with this kind of mindset:
Teenage Iraqi girl who fell in love with BRITISH soldier in Basra is murdered by her own father in honour killing. When her father learned she had been seen speaking to a foreigner he rushed home and butchered her, strangling and stabbing her while screaming that he was “cleansing his honour”. When he was arrested, police took no action.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-562358/Teenage-Iraqi-girl-fell-love-BRITISH-soldier-Basra-murdered-father-honour-killing.html
Stringbag, there are some good emails attached to the France piece. However, note the comment:
‘”External operations, in the Ivory Coast and Lebanon are a fig leaf: we are able to keep up the pretence but in ten years our defence apparatus will fall apart,” one high-ranking [presumably French] official said.
The disclosure comes just ten days before President Nicolas Sarkozy announces a major reform of the armed forces, with a defence white paper outlining France’s military priorities for the next 15 years.’
It might just be an alarmist story. Sarkozy is not known for honesty.
I award Martin Wingfield ‘Straight speak of the week award’.
We invented democracy we must keep it here (re-install it).
It simply isn’t wanted by the likes of Iraq, Afganistan etc, so why the hell bother losing British life abroad? There is simply no return on our investment in these medieval countries.
Bring the troops home to protect our democracy from outside interference, and I am not just talking about Third World terrorism, I include EU terrorism, because it will be here eventually.
We need the BNP in power asap as they are the only forward-thinking party for the patriotic people of our green and pleasant land.
While on the subject of our military, I was watching Warship (HMS Illustrious) on channel 5 and wondering why we had Aircraft Carriers sailing around the world with NO planes on them apart from a visit by 3 RAF Harriers ?
I think in principle, we should be in Afganistan, because the tribal areas of Pakistan are the main breeding ground of Islamic terrorists and the focal point of the global Jihad. Strategically, it would be a disaster if the retards of the Taleban and al-Qeada were to take back ‘control’, as it would mean joining up a bloc of Islamic failed states (Iran, Iraq, Pakistan), not to mention some very nasty places to the north of Afghanistan itself. Probable Chinese opportunism also needs to be factored into the equation.
However, we should either be given proper support from our so-called European ‘allies’ or we should cut and run at the earliest opportunity. No country or countries can ‘win’ a war when there is an unlimited supply of brainwashed killers who are able to cross the border at will with almost complete impunity; the war, if it can ever be ‘won’, needs to be taken into the terrorists’ backyard.
I don’t see why British lives should be lost while the likes of France and Germany hide behind our coat-tails and contribute next to nothing in terms of actual combat. Our only helpers on any scale are the Americans and the Canadians (and to an extent, the Dutch). Europeans like to leave the risk and the fatalities to us; as long as that is the case, I say we should get out as soon as possible, and everyone can suffer the consequences. ‘Where are the British?’ will be the chorused complaint from our pathetic European ‘allies’.
So much for the European ‘Union’. To hell with them. Bring our people back and we can look after our own.
This is the comment I left on BBC’s ‘HaveYourSay’ section on the question: ‘Should Britain send more troops to Afghanistan?’, about a week ago:
‘It’s all about drugs and terror, isn’t it? Well, bring those lads back to the UK, place them in and around airports and ports so they are close to their loved ones but can still protect the UK citizens, tighten the UK entry policy; and for the money spent over there, invest it in amateur football and rugby tournaments for teenagers, adolescents, invest it in education on evils of drug abuse, invest it in your children, in your community. Protect the UK and its people, not the whole wide world.’
Take care,
Pick Britain up!

And you take care, friend. - Ed.
If these Muslims are peace-loving as they say, why don’t Syria/Saudi Arabia/Jordan/Sudan/Kuwait/Yemen/Indonesia, and other Islamic countries do the fighting in Afghanistan and Iraq? Why is it us? They should stop the terrorists on their doorstep, not us. We sort them out here. We only have to say black sheep and an armed response unit of 5 officers will have you by the short and curlies. BNP 4 me, God bless them - lets bring sanity back
It would be a disaster to move our troops out now, thats the problem we face, and it’s not as simple as just moving the troops out. By moving the troops out, it firstly sends a message to all followers that they’ve won and the country becomes a safe-haven again and will increase the number of followers, secondly, we may be able to stop people coming in BUT there can still attack British people and interests abroad and the threat from the “so-called” British muslims is greater because they can still come and go.
What ever happens, we will lose British lives now and the people who sent them in the first place should be hung or sent to the front line in the same sub-standard gear!!!
-
A disaster for whom? - Ed
The Taliban/Muslim terrorist groups are funded by drug money from the poppy fields of Afghanistan, and the drugs on the UK streets are coming from the same place and providing this funding. To me, the solution is very simple. Carpet bomb the poppy fields, bring our boys home. Gone are the drugs and with it money for the terrorists and associated problems.
Maybe I’m being too simplistic…

From someone who has actually seen military and active service, I would repeat (of a fashion) what I said in my earlier post, to those who think our boys and girls should be in Iraq and Afghanistan. Look at your closest loved one and then close your eyes. Now try to imagine that they have been blown to bits and their closed, sealed coffin is returned home. It has to be sealed because quite often there are only unrecognisable ‘bits’ of body in there. I can’t quite remember what has to be present for the Coroner to legally identify a body - but it isn’t much. One’s head is certainly not required; in fact very little is needed surprisingly, often just an arm or a leg - or parts thereof. Now open your eyes and look again at your loved one. Still think these pointless, illegal wars are worth it?
Isn’t it ironic that it’s only the BNP who would withdraw our brave troops out of the imperialist neo-con meat-grinder? The Lib/Lab/Con Axis of Evil would happily see them bogged down indefinitely with ever-mounting casualties, just to prove their slavish obedience to their Bilderburg masters. The silence from the supporters of the dictatorship regarding this completely unnecessary waste of human life (and the deaths of their beloved non-British citizens) speaks volumes about their real political motivations.
RUSHDIE KNIGHTHOOD MAY SPARK ISLAMIC ATTACK
LONDON (AFP) — Queen Elizabeth II on Wednesday gave the British author Salman Rushdie a knighthood which caused protests by Muslims around the world when it was announced last year.
Rushdie, 61, was knighted for his services to literature.
When the knighthood was announced in the queen’s birthday honours list last June, it sparked condemnation from a number of Muslim countries and organisations.
A Pakistani government minister at one point suggested the award justified suicide bombings.
And Al-Qaeda’s second-in-command Ayman al-Zawahiri warned that the terror network was preparing a “precise response” to Britain’s decision to transform Rushdie into “Sir Salman”.

We could easily bring all of our forces home from wherever they have been sent, without any problems at all for this country. The only problem is that to ensure our safety we must evict completely the Islamic hordes from the UK. We all know that our mis-guided Marxist brethren will never accept the loss of our enrichers, so what can we do? We all know exactly what we have to do, and sooner or later it will come to just that. To those who believe that this is simply a British problem, have heart because it is very similar in most of Europe. The citizens of Europe suffer the same as those in the UK, so when it comes it will be another European disaster. We never learn from our own history, do we?
# chaos-lorddave
It seems to me we’re trying to seal a border 3,500 miles away with all the attendant problems of permeable land frontiers, logistics, alien terrain and conditions, and heavy casualties. We could be sealing a sea border against terrorists right here on the spot, with far fewer–or none–of those problems. Then we could use all our resources in stopping would-be jihadis making the trip to Afghanistan or bringing in the drug cash crops for sale on our streets. Afghanistan would revert to what it desires to be. Fellow-Muslims could finance its rebuilding. Our troops would cease to act as magnets for Muslim warriors and we would have taken the wind out of the sails of the British Islamists here. The major drawback would be getting the government to see it in the same way and to drop their alternative and secret agendas.
It’s so sad to hear of our service men and women dying in a pointless war that will achieve exactly nothing as it did in Iraq. The heroin trade in Afghanistan has actually increased since the invasion.
200 of our soldiers already killed in Iraq–wasn’t that enough British blood spilt for the Lib/Lab/Cons who voted for a war based on lies and deceit, and for what?
…
To be fair - the LibDems voted against it. -Ed
JohnBavaria , you are indeed correct, it’s not just Britain facing this problem. In Germany, England, the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Sweden, the feeling of national identity has successfully been subjugated, creating countries with insecure and bewildered citizens. People are seeing their history revoked, their identity, their pride. This is very skillfully done by the Left, who in most of the old part of the EU dominate the educational system and most of the media. The European Union is working for a multicultural Europe, of which the Lisbon Treaty is a clear example. The cultural nihilists of the Left are preaching humanism, human rights, anti-racism — and subsequently denouncing anything with a trace of nationality and national pride. The old nation-states are to be destroyed; anyone will have the right to cross the borders, settle wherever they desire, and enjoy the fruits of what others have created.

The reality that has struck me recently and certainly since reading ‘JIHAD’ by Arthur Kemp is that this country is under such political, physical, and financial attack by Muslims/Islam that it simply and logically has to be totally Muslim/Islam free, for the overall well being and safety of its peaceful indigenous population, untill such time that the Muslim/Islamic world halts it’s Jihad against the West.
Which of course not going to happen.
Islam waged war on us before we entered their dry dusty arid bit of desert, so pulling troops out will make no difference one way or the other to our safety, so pull them out we must. There is nothing to be gained. Why give Europe a free lunch at our and Americas expense?
There may well be Islamic Muslims that adhere to our way of life.
But you know! I haven’t come across any, so they must be in a tiny minority.
If the Muslims in this country stood against the terrorists in their ranks I may rethink my attitudes, but of course I know I won’t, unless hell freezes over first.
With the BNP in power and our troops back home, we could make short work of the task that needs accomplishing, for the safety of our land.
Napalm the poppy fields. Withdraw our troops. Look after our own. Simple, really.
If we need to be in places like Afganistan and Iraq I would have thought part of the Labour Cabinet and other Labour MPs would be proud to join the Territorial Army and serve in these places. We would be proud of these individuals going to serve our country.
It appears though that these “Base Barnacles” are happy to send other people into harms way but are “CHICKEN” themselves.
Does anyone know where there is a source of WHITE FEATHERS”.
Try ripping open an old pillow - you might just get enough out of it to send to the worthy ones. -Ed
We are where we are and before any withdrawal, our troops should be given the means to kill the Taliban and the ‘Mahdi army’, then do so, then leave and let the natives sort themselves out. BTW, exactly what are our forces doing in Germany?
The report above is spot on, and the British people should stop believing the lies and propaganda put out by this communist government. How the British put up with all that is going on I will never understand. There are still certain people that belong to trade unions that is propping up this dreadful government,THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO THOSE CONCERNED. Please bear in mind that if you support Labour or Conservative you are responsible in part, for deaths and the maiming of our forces and although you cant do anything about this government immediately you can help by NOT paying into the main trade unions COFFERS and if you are eligible to vote on Thursday vote for Britains finest, the BNP.
DO THE DECENT THING,THE ONLY RESPONSIBLE THING.
To put it in the governments latest popular phrase “ITS THE RIGHT THING TO DO.”
What an absolutely appalling summing-up by Judge Brasse in the case of the assaulted vicar in Shadwell (see above link from paganpete) Again, his words are those of the unworldly, cosseted, blinkered hand-wringing classes: “I accept that you were drunk” … ” ..out of character” etc etc. The scumbag should have gone down - and for twice as long for being drunk and disorderly on our streets, not bloody let-off!
Regarding Nick Griffin standing for Parliament and of course winning a seat in the House of Pigs - well, we might have to stop referring to it as such for a while at any Rait - vote BNP tomorrow, good people of Henley!
After the infantile way the other swine London Assembly Members treated Richard Barnbrook - I know he’s got broad shoulders and couldn’t give a damn - by not wanting to sit next to Richard, imagine the scene at pointless PM’s Question Time (sic).
Nick would have one side of the ‘Pig House’ all to himself. The swill bin is too small as it is, so I assume the swine would ‘piggyback’ and get up to all sorts of shenanigans with each other, rather than sit next to democratically (they hate that word) elected BNP - they hate that too.
Nick could then just saunter off to the restaurant and meet up with Richard for a working lunch that would actually benefit Great Britain. He would of course pay a vastly reduced amount of what the lunch was actually worth - but would certainly donate the difference to ABEX or some other worthy cause.

Personally I think our Chairman should for the time being carry on as he is, travelling around the country rallying the patriots, and converting people with his charisma and intellect. It worked for me (admittedly I only saw him on You Tube ).
This a party in its infancy in terms of its successes.
We need to make sure every step is a solid step forwards, anything backwards will give our enemies a field day, and be demoralizing.
We’re moving forward well, when another solid step forwards needs to be taken we will know when the time is right.
Should never have gone in there in the first place nor into Iraq, no need , we and the Yanks have the forces and technology to string a ring of steel around the whole area and deal with any problems that may arise. You can not impose democracy at the point of a gun so there is no point trying, especially in Afganistan, just a total waste of time and effort and MONEY and PRECIOUS LIVES. ‘Bloody pointless’
Heh Ed, steady on. I had the misfortune to very briefly touch Agent Orange in 1973, without gloves on, and I was on my death bed for 2 days, sicker than a desert-wanderer’s moon god.
You wouldn’t want that to happen to innocent Taliban supporting poppy growers in Afghanistan, would you? :)

Er .. let me think about that. -Ed
Ed,
Just got back from the BNP meeting in Birmingham where Nick Griffin gave a speech. What a fantastic evening and what a great honour to shake the hand of the man.
How anyone could label him a ‘knuckle dragger’ in my opinion cannot be of sound mind. You could not wish to meet a nicer bloke and I feel very proud to be a member of the BNP.
As for Iraq etc. haven’t we got enough of our own problems on this Island to contend with, without poking our noses into others. But let’s face it, the BBC and the likes would be stuck for news otherwise and that would mean they’d have to report on things closer to home wouldn’t they? Like why we have been refused a referendum!

Certainly our lads would do a fine job at legal points of entry, also to patrol our coastline as an armed coastguard. Lock up and deport the “asylum seekers”. They could do a good job inland, too, as regards no-go areas presently held by foreigners here. After calling on them to surrender for deportation, they could rout out any who might be foolish enough to resist. As to drug runners, courts martial and summary execution for the guilty, followed by burial with a piece of bacon.
I’ve posted it on the earlier thread but it bears repeating.
“America should never get engaged in a war on the Asiatic mainland” - US Army General Albert Wedemeyer, 1948.
According to Wikipedia and associated references:
General Wedemeyer, 1897-1989, served in WW2 as Chief of Staff to the Supreme Allied Commander of the South East Asia Command (SEAC), Lord Louis Mountbatten. In October 1944, with the dismissal of General Joseph Stilwell, Wedemeyer was selected as Chief of Staff to the Generalissimo Chiang Kai-shek, and commander of American forces in China.
The term ‘Asiatic mainland’ encompasses both Iraq and Afghanistan.
The US and the UK are reaping the consequences of ignoring General Wedemeyer’s advice of 60 years ago. For as long as a non-BNP government is in power, the UK will continue to do so.
I find it amazing that the question of what we are doing in Afghanistan does not seem to be debated much in the media. The main parties seem to be in agreement that we must be there. No opposition then, as usual, from the Tories. The BNP is completely correct in its opposition to this war. We are not being protected from terrorism by being there, as the government claim for the terrorists are already here and have been given British passports! When the war in Northern Ireland was being waged, senior military analysts predicted that it was an un-winnable war for both parties.
This war too is unwinnable. I think it is obscene that young lads should be sent out there to die in this pointless war, fighting for a government that has betrayed its own nation, and betrayed the millions who died in previous wars to maintain Britain, the British people and our national identity. Our own government is more of a threat to us than the Taliban!
It is all quite straightforward really. All you have to do is read your history books. Whenever one Roman emperor wanted to take over power from another, he would create a war in a far off land and by one means or another get the ruling emporer to send off most of his best soldiers to fight, leaving a bare minimum to defend Rome.
Then, by importing other troops (or 5th columnists) attempt a takeover, which is exactly whats going on here in Britain now. Each day they can keep the war going the profiteers are making millions out of it to our troops and our tax-payers detriment. If these are so-called wars then take the shackles off the wrists of our brave troops and S.A.S and let them go in and destroy our enemies, then say sorry later, not that we have anything to say sorry about, then we can end this nonsense and concentrate on the evil enemies at home.
29th June 2008, British death toll in Afghanistan nears record high
The death of another British soldier in Afghanistan has raised the toll from the past four weeks to 13, making June the second bloodiest month since the US-led invasion of the country six-and-a-half years ago.
