Harriet Harman’s 1984 ‘Newspeak’
GEORGE Orwell would have applauded the Labour Government today for providing the best example of ‘1984 Newspeak’ in recent years.
This morning Harriet Harman introduced a new “Equality” Bill and that bill directly discriminates against a person if they are White and discriminates against them again if they are male. Thankfully the injustice of it all has not been lost on our tabloid press and both the Daily Mail and Daily Express expose the legislation for exactly what it is - nothing to do with equality but all to do with giving ethnic minorities living in Britain an advantage over the indigenous population.
Interestingly enough ITN, when reporting the item, forgot to mention the main beneficiaries of the new Bill. They mentioned that women would benefit and that older people would benefit, but it just slipped their minds to tell the public that it was the ethnic minorities who would benefit more than anyone else.
Our criticism of the BBC has been proved correct, and confirmation that the ethnic minorities are over represented within the Corporation has come from none other than Dr Samir Shah, a non-executive director and the former head of current affairs at the BBC.
He said that said the politically correct antics of broadcasters were creating an ‘ inauthentic representation of who we are’ and blamed a ‘metropolitan, largely liberal, white, middle-class elite’ for ensuring ethnic minority presence on-screen ‘regardless of editorial imperatives’.
Dr Shah, who also runs his own production company, said one of the ‘odder and plain daft outcomes’ of equal opportunities was over-compensation.
“I don’t know if there is any systematic data on this but I think we can all agree that there is no shortage of black and Asian reporters and presenters around these days - especially on news programmes,” said Dr Shah.
“I suspect there is a goodly presence of them even in areas where Black and Asian faces are pretty thin on the ground.
“Let’s not forget the UK is still 90 per cent white - not everyone lives in London or the West Midlands.’
“I don’t think that such over-representation is a brilliant idea,’ he added.
Let’s just hope that Dr Shah’s comments get the publicity they deserve.

Speaking of the election, still no coverage in the media at all.
Can the politicians and their apologists the media not understand that the public are not fooled anymore. If their policies are so good for the electorate why can’t they discuss them in open debate against the BNP? Are they so scared that our policies will readily appeal to the “man in the street” that they dare not let them be exposed for fear of revealing their own inadequacies?

When I watched the news on the BBC last night, it said ethnic minorities and women would get preference over White Males for jobs. I felt disgusted and sick to the stomach. Not at the women getting the jobs, or even the ethnic minorities (provided they are qualified and are legally here). I felt disgusted at the fact that the government want to make it “LAW” to enforce this Racial Discrimination upon us.
Instead of messing around with petty laws, why not make it law to abolish the meaning “Racist” altogether, then we are all equal and all have a chance to live without being discriminated against.
The government are trying to curb the so-called “racism” in this country but on the other hand they are forcing it upon us all by making it law.

At a time when fuel and food prices are rising and a growing portion of the public is resentful of mass immigration, Harriet Harman sees it fit to introduce a new ‘hate’ bill against the indigenous population. I have just read my local paper ‘The HUNTS POST’ and in the letters section, there is a letter, two thirds of one column long headed ‘Time to Block Immigration’and printed in Bold Type.

So racial and sexual discrimination, already widely practised with dubious legality in the police, fire service and other public bodies is now to be made legal in this country. I thought racial discrimination was something Harriet Harman and her left-wing cronies stood against in their student days when they were all so vocal over South Africa and Rhodesia.
As well as being racist, Harman and her ilk demonstrate an unsufferably patronising attitude towards ethnic minorities by suggesting they need an unfair advantage to succeed against indigenous Britons - this is clearly nonsense. The woman Harriet Harman as a minister times five at present is unable to present a Bill due to her position but instead uses her gofer, one Keith Vaz the Yemeni born back bencher who does the running around for her.
He duly presented to Mr Speaker his ten minute rule Bill which was given 10 minutes and very speedily too in comparison to other Members who have never got to the starting gate.
This Bill when it becomes law as it surely will do enables specified (by the Govt) constituencies to have only minority group members advanced by their parties to stand for election.No doubt Parliamentary elections first and all others later.
This Bill will of course have the added benefit of denying our Party the same opportunities as the others.
And Hilary Benn still believes this country is a democracy! I suspect he has a dimmer view than us.

I watched an interesting film on line the other day called ‘The Secret’. Basically its about a theory called the law of attraction (what goes around, comes around), its fairly interesting and there are lots of web sites providing information. Another good film is ‘What The Beep Do We Know’, which can be seen on YouTtube.
I am not saying that this theory is fact, but with all this talk about treating certain people less than human, I think they should be careful about what they say and think, but personally I hope they keep emanating the hate.

I do not live within the UK anymore, as my wife and I just could not stand what was being done to our country. When retirement arrived we moved away to the mountains. I never forget though, to always mention to my new neighbours exactly what is happening in Britain, and it is no surprise I’m sure, that similar things are happening all over Europe. I am not a racist or fascist but if I am prepared to accept that Africa is for Africans and India is for Indians etc, then what is so difficult for these “we know better than you” mob to accept that Europe is for Europeans?

I have read the article with what can only be described as bemusement. How far do they have to go before the British public will react or do something about it?
Am I being stupid about this or what? But even if they do go ahead with what they are planning, won’t it just cost the British tax-payers even more? Because if they openly discriminate against “White British Males” and will admit to wanting to do it ….. Can they not then just go to the law courts or the ECHR and claim open discrimination and sue for thousands like the supposed oppressed women and minorities do???
I have worked in several fields of work and have never been paid more than a female or coloured collegue, so I don’t understand where they get this “Oh, us poor women get up to 40% less pay than the men” …. I hand on heart, honestly have always been paid either the same or in some cases less than a woman, have been passed over for promotion and actually told that they have done it so as to make the numbers up of women or ethnics in higher positions, even though they considerd me the better applicant.
I did seek legal advice on it saying I was being sexually and racially discriminated against, to which I was told, it was not racist because I was “WHITE” and it would be difficult to prove sexual discrimination because I was a “MAN” ………..

Attacks on the white male are nothing new. I remember Nick Griffin writing years ago on the subject of the feminisation of the white man, another prong of this assault against us. Anybody who doesn’t think the white male is having his masculinity undermined might be interested to consider the current bus shelter advertising campaign by a well-known cosmetics company (here in Exeter anyway) which is trying to get us to use ’skin care’ products for men (i.e. the same, probably carcinogenic, chemicals they use on women, but repackaged).
The clever bit of course is that the advertisement is accompanied by pictures of male personalities known for their apparent virility. In other words, if ‘tough men’ can put this muck on their faces, then it must be all right for ‘ordinary’ men.
I read a report some time ago that the sperm count of the British male had halved in the last few decades, and The Observer newspaper also reported (about four years ago?) that we were having the size of our genitalia reduced by toxins in food and packaging, to name just two sources (I kid you not!) These are examples of environmental pollution tolerated by our political masters who are quite happy to see the white male failing to reproduce and become more feminine. It’s probably why they’re also happy with the oestrogen that allegedly gets into the water supply nowadays.
So lads, if you want to be more of a man: eat organic food, filter your water, avoid ‘personal care’ products (and use an electric shaver), and tell the marketing people and the LibLabCon crowd to leave you alone - though you might like to use some more ‘appropriate’ language while doing so…

Personally I am glad to read the comments (especially from the ladies) not just on Harperson but on the nature of the communist offshoot of “feminism”. This deceit has done more to degrade our women than any other poisonous philosophy of the C20th. While promising “freedom”, it has achieved the opposite. It is to be hoped that the people of Henley see through the whole farrago of evil promoted by the marxists and vote accordingly.

Incredible. Just incredible. And this will cause all kinds of divisions - already some men are turning their ire onto women - as if we, as a gender, are responsible for what that irresponsible Harman woman does. WE’RE NOT!!
I’m trying to look a bit deeper than what’s on the surface here - trying to find out what the TRUE motives are which underpin this disgraceful proposed law.
Because I’m sure there’s more to this than meets the eye. It almost seems as though this government (and all the other parties, too) are deliberately trying to provoke a civil war. Hmmmm.
But let’s look on the bright side. You couldn’t ask for a more effective recruitment campaign for the BNP than this - if this doesn’t result in thousands and thousands of white British males - and their wives, sons, daughters and families - stampeding to join the BNP, then there’s something wrong with them.
This to me smells of the “DONATIONS” to the near Bankrupt (Financial) Labour Party from ethnic sources that are now receiving “Pay Back”. Labour must pander to the people who support them and also do the “Vote Fiddling” for them. Such is life.

Only in New Labour’s centrally-planned wonderland is this possible.
Harman wants to allow women, because they are women, to know how much I earn so that, if I’m earning more money than them, they can earn the same as me. Whatever happened to merit? The creature claims that forcing companies to employ from New Labour-approved self-interest groups will be good for the economy. On what basis? Perhaps, if New Labour left British companies alone to make money, they wouldn’t all be so hasty to scarper abroad!

ED - thanks for the Guardian link (Red Hand, 4.30 pm). I hadn’t realised these ‘donors’ would actually want their money back. (For example, The Co-operative bank, whose £2.61m loan is due to be repaid on June 30, has told the party it wants its money back, even though it is getting 7% interest. And several other examples taken apparently from the Electoral Commission website.)
What I find absolutely hysterically funny is that this is the same idea as ‘PFI’, in which the public has to pay back huge loans typically for 30 years for hospitals etc. Wouldn’t it be great if Harman, Brown and the rest were made bankrupt as a result of their own policy. And preferably with every single one of their assets taken.

I spoke to a pro-communist recently (with a Chinese wife), who attempted to deride the BNP attitude of absolute equality. He asked me why everyone should be paid the same, not understanding what I was talking about. This Bill (it’s not yet been passed into an Act) looks like provoking a lot of laughs. According to the Daily Mail (admittedly not good on detail) companies will have to publish the difference between average male and female salaries! Harman obviously hasn’t studied the arithmetic behind the way averages fail to represent different distributions. The Mail says ‘The laws will enable employers to give preferential treatment to women or ethnic minorities if candidates are equally qualified’ which sounds completely silly - if they are equally qualified, and they ‘may’ give preference, prsuambly they may not, too, which is exactly the way it is now. Harman is obviously looking at this sort of thing: ‘.. one High Court judge from an ethnic minority, .. 8 per cent of university vice chancellors are women.. 11 per cent of directors.. female, no Asian woman MPS’. Not something relevant to 99% of the population. We’ll have to see but this looks something like a non-starter to me, since it would be difficult to word it to be non-discriminatory.
This is obvious, so why is she doing it? Some of the acute emails here suggest it’s minorities calling in their favours. Maybe. My guess is possibly NuLab wants to get some female votes from the Tories, though since many Tory wives aren’t keen on hard work and in any case might prefer Cameron’s looks, it seems unlikely. So who knows. We’ll have to look at the wording. Very likely it’s just her trajectory continuing itself, a loose cannonball not yet stopped.
The best or only way now to stop Harmans law is through legal challenges in Europe under the European Convention on Human Rights.
Employment positions should be given on merit and not because of your sex,race,straight or bent,otherwise you end up with someone like Harmen who is not qualified for her job.
This woman must be taken to the nearest vet,and put out of her misery. I feel so strongly over this.

Just a thought, why dont we have a “BLACK” up day, so we are all equal for at least one day a year.
Two of my female colleagues choose to work part time, their children are off their hands and independent of their parents, so my colleagues have no family commitments that require them to be off work. They earn less because they choose to not because they are forced to; both have husbands/partners who do work full time. Their total family income exceeds £60K I suppose HH will insist the part timers have their pay made up to equal those of us who work not just a full week but often in excess of the conditioned hours in order to get the job done.
For some, especially single mothers, opting to work part time, can, with the aid of tax credits, exemptions and increased benefits actually be more financially rewarding than working full time.

Dr Shah, above, is absolutely right. Ethnic minorities are over-represented on TV news channels. I call Channel 4, “the Asian channel”, for nearly all of its reporters and newsreaders are Asian. The exception is the aptly named, token white, John Snow! Other channels too are similar. On the BBC south-west news we have two Asians even though the south west still is 98% white. No room there for any true Plymothians–they don’t speak English with the correct BBC accent.
PS. It is a pity that Harman didn’t bring in legislation banning discrimination on grounds of political belief. This injustice is, however, a handy liberal elite tool to keep the BNP in check. They don’t want the people’s voice heard. If you are ethnic white British it’s OK to be discriminated against.
