Handsworth Horror!

Birmingham residents have reacted with horror this evening over the news emerging from Handsworth, a district of inner Birmingham, where native Britons are a declining minority.

Quote: A seven-year-old girl has died of starvation after police found her and five other children in an emaciated state and living in squalor.

Khyra Ishaq died soon after she and her siblings, three boys and two girls, were rescued from their home and taken to hospital.

Police had been tipped off to their condition by neighbours who spotted them eating bread that had been left out for the birds.

A man and a woman, believed to be their mother and stepfather, appeared in court today charged with neglect and were remanded in custody. Unquote.

Latest update from the Birmingham Post.

A Birmingham couple have been charged with allowing a seven-year-old girl to die.

Angela Gordon and Junaid Abuhamza, believed to be the mother and stepfather of Kyrah Ishaq, were arrested after police discovered Kyrah in a seriously ill condition at an house in Leyton Road, Handsworth.

Kyrah was taken to hospital, where she later died. It is believed she died of starvation.

Abuhamza, 29, and Gordon, 33, appeared at Birmingham Magistrates Court on Monday following their arrest on Saturday and were charged with causing or allowing Kyrah’s death.

The case was adjourned and the couple are now due to appear before Birmingham Crown Court on next Wednesday.

It is believed Khyra may have five siblings who are also being treated in hospital.
A West Midlands Police spokesman today confirmed the incident and said officers were working with the social services department at Birmingham City Council.

A council spokesman added: “We are deeply saddened by the death of this child and our sympathies go to the child’s family and friends at this difficult time.

“This death is now the subject of a police enquiry and the council is fully supporting their investigation. As a result we are unable to make any further comment.”

  2. Perhaps the children “offended” the religion of love and peace.

  3. No child should have to suffer this way! We have a benefit system safety net so that nobody need starve. It can only be down to pure cruelty on the part of the guardians! An absolute disgrace.

  5. This is a time when the children regardless of their colour, race or creed, the children should be always considered innocent in all of this, the parent/s are fully responsible, and deserve the full punishment of the law.
It’s a pity the punishment won’t be harsh enough.

  6. Just think how much crime and abuse would go down if tomorrow morning when you woke up, all the immigrants from the past twenty-thirty years suddenly gone?
Things are only going to get worse and worse. In fact I’m waiting for the first case of a necklace, (a tyre with petrol put around someones head and lit), in the UK

  7. As Heimdall said, no child should starve in todays welfare state. These enrichers think they can get away with it and mostly do, but a young child of 7 just isnt on, no matter what colour they are. Where was the money that they recieved going to?

  10. Why didn’t the child’s school clock her condition and report it - and if she wasn’t attending school why wasn’t it reported for follow-up by the authorities?

  11. No doubt the taxpayer was paying out money to support these poor children with food, housing, schooling, social care, police protection and health care. Yet none of it worked and the kiddies were failed. Don’t tell me they didn’t want to upset the non-indigenous parent(s)? If so, then this shows the murderous side of political correctness, which we should now home in on and attack for all we are worth. It’s obviously a double-edged sword and as lethal to its supposed proteges (immigrants) as it is discriminatory to its ostensible victims (us).

  12. Latest News for, “This is my country.”

The authorities in Birmingham have issued a statement this evening regarding this tragic case. They said, uniquely, that, “Lessons will be learned!”

They also affirmed, when questioned on behalf of “This is my country” and his fear that an incident of “necklacing” may be forthcoming, “We shall vigorously uphold the law by ensuring that crossplies and radial tyres are not used in the same incident!”

    There’s a relief, then!

  13. A slight rusty on my Islamic names but Abuhamza certainly seems to indicate the ‘religion of peace’ aka the cult of evil. Gordon is cetainly no Angel, Christian or otherwise. No doubt these ‘parents/guardians’ are being afforded all their ‘human rights’ in prison that they denied to those of their children - lots of halal food, beds facing Mecca, toilets not facing Mecca.

The Commons vote last night against the need of a ‘Father’ seems to have come too late to save poor Kyrah - she would have probably still be alive without Abuhamza around her. God only knows what went on behind those closed doors. Are the people of Crewe and Nantwich taking note of what the Lib/Lab/Con Party have done to this Country?

  14. Perhaps there weren’t any social workers in the area of the same ethnicity, so the family couldn’t understand that you needed to feed children.
Perhaps the police were called weeks before but they had to wait until an officer was trained from the right ethnic minority.

  18. This story is seriously disturbing me. That was a little girl, and my downer doesn’t extend to little kids, boys or girls.

She apparently died of starvation. That takes a long time, so the cruelty was over an extended period of time. And just so nobody gets the wrong idea of what death by starvation is like: I once had to go 32 days without food, and I can tell you for nothing, it is seriously painful after a couple of weeks … crippling, paralyzing, cramps of pain. And 32 days didn’t take me anywhere near death. That little girl felt a lot of pain for a long time.

I’d like to get my hands on the parents.

WebMonkey Says: That suffering, pain and desperation is reflected in the fact that they ate bread put out for the birds by the next door neighbour. Sick, utterly sick!!!

  19. This is an awfull case of neglect but haven’t we seen such things for many years. Every time the old words are rolled out that we will have to learn from this etc etc, but when do you start and say, what exactly do social services do all day, why did no one spot any warning signs? I have come to the conclusion that most government departments are lacking in commonsense and have no self-will, they are just drones. I have to ask, where are our traditional free thinkers, we used to lead the world with our inventors/inventions and down to earth common sense, Dave NE

  21. With an adopted name identical to that of the notorious preacher of Islamic hate, it’s possible that the stepfather spent all his benefits money not on baby food but on potassium nitrate fertiliser and hydrogen peroxide instead of baby milk.

I am reminded of the crown court case a few weeks ago in Bradford in which a Nigerian couple were jailed for torturing their children. Apparently the mother sat there screeching “halleluja” while her husband pierced the childrens’ tongues with safety pins, sliced the insides of their cheeks with razor blades and inflicted various other slicing and piercing wounds to their mouths and faces. These two sadistic perverts were described by their defence lawyer as being “devoutly religious”.

There is something hideously, grotesquely and satanically twisted about the Marxists, their deep-seated hatred for those who have achieved what they could never even understand, and their determination to destroy this civilised, indigenous population, and have the scum of the earth dancing on their graves.

We have to stop them - whatever it takes.

  22. We must remember a muslim never condems or reports fellow brothers to the authorities, also in a politically correct straitjacket the social services and police if informed of “goings on” by a muslim wouldn’t like to get involved “in case it upset” or was percieved as racist or islamaphobic…
    hence the current climate.

How can ANYTHING be more important than our own flesh and blood?I will have a problem getting over this latest atrocity that has been allowed to happen in Brown and Blairs administration.Bring back the rope,[not painless injections] and watch the murders drop to pre pc levels. The whole country must surely be outraged by this inhuman act by a childs own parents, but what will they do about it?My guess is “not very much”.It will soon be “just another innocent child, who never even had the chance of a happy childhood, wiped off the records.Shame on this disgusting goverment and all who support it.!!

  24. There are a number of features which stand out in this disgusting account. One - by her name, the woman is of our own tribe, and thus a folk-traitor; such women are generally the scum of the earth; two - it would n’t surprise me to learn that this couple are drug addicts, and all their money has been going on heroin, courtesy of the state and welfare; three - the “community” in Britain does not exist, for in a real communtiy, neighbours do not “notice” a child near death from starvation; they notice neglect long before it reaches such a stage, and report it to the authorities; four - as another post has mentioned, why did the gilr’s school not report that fact that she was long-term absent from school (and probably visibly neglected long before that) to the authorities?; five - if the school or neighbours did indeed report the situation earlier, why - as usual - did social services take no action? Well, that’s an easy one to answer:- because the stepfather is enriching us.
This story encapsulates on all these levels, everything that is wrong with Britain, a sick, sick society and a wicked, evil bureaucracy, where enrichment is breaking down moral boundaries and making monsters of us all.

  25. We have imported AIDS T.B Hepatitis B, Honour Killings, Terrorists, child cruelty, racist murderers, pimps, benefit scroungers, so on and so on.
But the odd thing is that when I look up the words diversity and enrichment in the Oxford Dictionary, that great bastion of English language, I don’t see any of the above. Maybe it needs updating to keep in line with twenty first century Britain!

  26. I think we should set aside the faith or nationality of parents, lets not pretend that British so called Christian parents cannot be wicked to children. What needs to be concentrated on is the fact that every time a child dies in these horrific circumstance we are told that the powers that be will ‘learn from it’. It seems in most cases that the different agencies fail to communicate and to take notice, even when incidents are reported to them. I believe , yet again , this is due to the PC culture which has been forced on the country be the Blair/Brown gang. The child’s welfare has got to come first, if we worry about offending this one or that we will end up with more and more child abuse. We have lots of children being ‘groomed’ by evil perverts and it seems some little girls are still being mutilated in the name of religon.

Whatever colour or creed, the parents or step-parents, if the child’s welfare is at stake we must cut this PC rubbish and stop any more children being harmed or worse.

  30. I once planned to return to my homeland (Britain to you and me) after spending many years overseas, working my guts out to build up enough money to buy a house outright somewhere in the ‘green and pleasant land’. After visiting Britain in the meantime on family holidays, I soon abandoned that idea. I found many of the cities and towns I knew in my young adult life are no longer recognisable. Sari shops, kebab ‘palaces’, Moroccan restaurants, Asian corner shops, and signs everywhere in Arabic and other God-knows-what languages along the High Streets (with the possible exception of those around Knightsbridge, Sloane Square and Chelsea of course). I almost wept when I saw what the once-proud and admired Gret Britain had become. Needless to say, I almost kissed the ground when we arrived back in Oz. Now I hear of this latest outrage against a defenceless child by a mixed-relationship pair, at least one of whom is no doubt an adherent to the faith of love and compassion. Twenty-first century Britain - fast becoming the cesspool of Europe!

  31. What do you expect when you have a government with no morals, it eventually rubs off on the people. They have only this week voted to allow children to deliberately be born without any known father. What sort of world is that? It is bad enough when through circumstances and accident that a child does not have two parents, as nature intended. To deliberately bring this about is disgusting! This is surely all part of the Marxist plan to destroy the family and society.

I’m afraid that when society’s morals break down, then anything goes and sadly we are going to get more of this disgusting behaviour, if not worse. I can’t begin to imagine what those children suffered at the hands of these monsters.

Although when I was young, I enjoyed the so called freedoms we thought that we were enjoying in the late fities and sixties, I warned people even then, how it was all going to end. I was not then allowing for the importation of other peoples with even lower morals and primitive ideas. I felt no satisfaction on seeing my predictions come true in every aspect of society, it was my worst nightmare.

It was the lack of discipline at home and in schools, also the similar lack of punishment by the law that was starting the rot. Add to that the lack of responsibility and you have a recipe for disaster.

I wish they’d give some guesstimate of numbers, but of course it all has to be kept secret.

I posted a piece, worded perhaps a bit harshly — I feel sympathy for white women who’ve been bypassed by the education system. When aliens take over, all given benefits denied to the locals, it’s not surprising such women end up with kids of all different colours, and, as here, a ’step father’ younger than the woman. Obviously the media ignore these issues.

  35. To be honest, if third world aliens are imported where they have very large families and life is pretty cheap in their own countries, then what do we expect but a whole range of social evils?

In all truth we have enough problems, with many of our own indigenous people in consequence of the gratuitous destruction of their means of livelihood and sense of identity by the cheap labour capitalists and “enrichers”.

Khalid Mahmood “MP”, a high powered piece of human capital himself, judging by the way he has married his first cousin, calls for a public enquiry into this event in Handsworth. I really can’t see the purpose of this, given the depths of depravity already evident there - the shootings, the drug dealing, the riots and “community” tension.

The plain truth anyway is that the State is near bankrupt, and the worthwhile part of the nation near crippled by the taxation exacted to pay for enrichment. Obviously, white liberal apparatchiks derive their income from these ministrations so there is a large element of self-interest for all their weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth. But the money’s fast running out and the uncomfortable truth that a third population = a third world country (if indeed it could be so dignified by the term country) cannot be avoided. It is the Labour of Sisyphus to try, sheer pointless, destructive folly. We need to be reducing expense, not adding to it.

ps I have been told by people who lived there that Handsworth was a lovely area 50/60 years ago.

is a depressing website on child sex, which explicitly mentions race. It says things like “A Channel 4 documentary made in 2004, claiming that Asian men in Bradford were grooming White girls for prostitution, was cancelled for fear of public anger.”

  40. I don’t want to make capital out of what’s happened to this poor girl but above all we need to prevent it happening again. Several reporters have already noticed similarities with the Victoria Climbié case. Another example is Toni-Ann Byfield. The forthcoming enquiry will no doubt focus on miscellaneous failures in the care system and won’t dare mention the most obvious common factor to all three cases. ‘Lessons will be learned’. They won’t.

The BBC, in its’ wisdom, said the area had a ‘diverse, close-knit community’. Does anyone’s definition of a ‘close knit community’ include not noticing 6 kids slowly starving to death in their midst?

Thanks for the Civitas link, RW. A centre-right think tank has dared to admit openly what we knew all along about a cornerstone NuLab belief: ‘Far from creating tolerance, multiculturalism can lead to bitter divisions along ethnic lines, splitting communities into hostile factions’.

Another way of putting it is British society is being destroyed by government immigration policy. Diversity and community are antonyms in this context. Only the BNP have had the guts to speak out honestly against this utter madness.

  42. I think that Stringbag makes a very good point - the whole ethos of these Third World nationalities is diametrically opposed to our own. Life IS cheap in these countries - witness what the Military Junta in Burma thinks of its own people in a time of grave crisis - these attitudes are therefore imported into the UK when the ‘asylum seekers’ arrive here. Ingrained beliefs and practices, acquired over the centuries, do not just disappear overnight. Didn’t the criminal lunatics that now rule in both the UK and the EU foresee deeply saddening events happening when they legislated to allow all and sundry to flood into the West?
