I feel a little concerned at the over enthusiasm of some BNP members and supporters who talk of our winning two or three seats on the Greater London Assembly on May lst. They base their optimism on the argument that in 2004 we were only 0.3% short of obtaining one seat and since then the BNP has more than doubled its membership, is now almost a household name and that Richard Barnbrook’s London Mayoral campaign is much stronger than that of 2004. The problem is that in the past four years up to a million immigrants have arrived in the capital, and several hundred thousand white Londoners have moved out. Therefore, if we retain our 4.7% vote that would be a success in one sense. Although we would find it disappointing, for us long term Nationalists it would certainly not be dispiriting: the fight would go on, because there is no alternative.
To gain one seat on the GLA will certainly be a victory. Two seats would mean we would be on the verge of a political revolution.
My realism, not pessimism, is based on the fact that Labour is going flat out to motivate the immigrants to get out and vote for Livingstone. Their objective is also to increase the total number of votes recorded so that they can try to get the BNP percentage reduced below the 5% barrier. An example of how many immigrant votes there are for Labour to winkle out comes in an e-mail to me from BNP London activist Bob Gertner. Bob said: “…while collecting nomination signatures for Richard Barnbrook in Lambeth, I came across a two bedroom council flat with 18 Nigerians in it registered to vote!”
Then on March 19th an article in The Times said that postal voting cheats are a threat to the May elections. Judge Richard Mawrey, QC stated that the rules for postal votes were “fatally flawed” and that postal voting on demand was “lethal to the democratic process”. He added that the current system made “wholesale electoral fraud both easy and profitable” and accused politicians of failing to act after past scandals. He urged sweeping reforms to electoral law dealing with corruption.
As The Times reported, his comments came as he found a Conservative councillor guilty of vote rigging by using postal ballots in the names of hundreds of “ghost voters” fraudulently added to the electoral register. Eshaq Khan was stripped of his council seat in Slough and banned from holding office for five years after being found guilty of corrupt practices.
Another hurdle the BNP has had to face in elections in various parts of the country, and London in 2004, is interference with the ballot boxes in transition to the count, where BNP votes mysteriously go missing. This is not paranoia but fact!
We would ask all Identity readers who have relatives or friends in the greater London area to phone or e-mail them and ask them, whatever party they normally support, to take this chance of calling for a halt to mass immigration by voting for Richard Barnbrook, BNP. The worst they can do is to cross you off their Christmas card list.
Away from London, the BNP percentage of votes must surely rise, but realistically it will be a great success to pick up an extra Councillor in Stoke, Burnley, Yorkshire and East and West Midlands, with a possiblity of a breakthrough in Essex.

“Suicide bomb backer runs Ken’s campaign”
An advocate of suicide bombing is among leaders of a group trying to mobilise Muslim voters to back Ken Livingstone. For the past year, the group has been working on a strategy to win an estimated 200,000 Muslim votes in an effort to re-elect the Mayor. It includes a campaign of vilification aimed at his Conservative rival, Boris Johnson. It is being waged by Muslims 4 Ken, led by 39-year-old lecturer Anas Altikriti and Palestinian-born Azzam Tamimi, a supporter of Hamas, the militant group dedicated to the creation of an Islamic state of Palestine.
“For us Muslims martyrdom is not the end of things, but the beginning of the most wonderful of things,” he has said. “If I can go to Palestine and sacrifice myself I would do it. Why not?”
Muslims 4 Ken moves into overdrive this week after months of lobbying for Mr Livingstone among Muslim community leaders, in mosques and among political organisations.
The Islamic alliance backing the Mayor is based in east London and has already drawn on wide support from the area’s Bangladeshi community. Muslims 4 Ken grew from Mr Livingstone’s links with activists and his generous sponsorship of Muslim causes.”

So he wants to go to Palestine and blow himself up? Maybe we can have a whip-round for a ticket-Ed
In one sense we are already winning because the media has been forced to recognise that the BNP is clearly supported by a large number of ordinary people who are sick of the lies and corruption of the three other parties.
To be filed under ‘It could never happen here’…
The Americans are taking very seriously the likelihood of a nuclear attack on Washington D.C. and are quite open about the threat. “It’s inevitable,” said Cham E. Dallas, director of the Institute for Health Management and Mass Destruction Defense at the University of Georgia, who has charted the potential explosion’s effect in the District and testified before a hearing of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs. “I think it’s wistful to think that it won’t happen by 20 years.” More at http://www.washingtontimes.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20080416/METRO/556828862/1001
So have the Tri-axis parties considered the threat to London? Would their candidates dare to even discuss it if they had? The presence of 200,000 Muslims in the city won’t save London, because any Muslims killed would be regarded by the Death-cultists as ‘martyrs’ who would go straight up to Mohammed’s brothel in the sky.
Spot on, John. Zimbabwe will appear as a fair election compared to the London Mayoral election! Lib/Lab/Con will stop at nothing to keep the BNP from winning seats, illegal or not! Red Ken is even courting known Islamic extremists to stay in power. It will be the death knell for London if he succeeds!
VOTE BNP!
Did you hear Brown-the-Clown spouting on about upholding democracy the other day? His party was elected on 36% of the vote. For the Tories to get a similar majority in the Commons they would need to poll 42% of the vote. The first past the post system is out of date and undemocratic, but neither of the two main parties will change it because it suits them at the present. Democracy in the UK no longer exists.
The whole thrust behind the post office closures in the UK is a result of EU directives. Brussels, with the acquiescence of Parliament, is the culprit in the post office closures. Get us out of the EU!–Ed.
John Bean
Do you have any references to comparisons between the current efforts to establish a Nationalist political movement and that of a century or so ago to establish a Labour political movement?
In answer to Bert Rustle, there are many comparisons to be made between the British National Party of today and the early Labour Party, before it was taken over by the Marxists. Just one example: Bob Blatchford, an early Labour pioneer, had a main slogan of “Britain For The British!”
John Bean
I was planning to travel to London for the weekend of action but after reading this I don’t think I’ll bother, I cannot believe you have published such a negative article at this stage of the campaign.-
The article urges caution and realism, and is strategically shrewd.
Keep the faith, Dave. - Ed
During the lead-up to the GLA elections, from posts on this site and speaking to activists and friends, there seems to be a great optimism in the air. In our struggle there have been many false dawns, two steps forward two back. For that reason alone you are correct 100%. I think that this time there is a difference in that our Party is in a completely different place nationally than at any other time in its history. Reading comments on news websites, they are loaded with pro-BNP sentiments. Local free papers taking our advertisements. Still, you are correct. We must temper our enthusiasm and be realistic. As Bob found out, there is a massive potential out there for fraudulent voting, and this will be condoned by lablibCon. Nonetheless, it is reasonable to expect one GLA success and I agree that two or more will be difficult. But no one can be sure. That what’s giving the traitors the colly wobbles.
Nothing attracts the crowd like - a crowd!
WINING ONE SEAT ON GLA WOULD BE A REAL SUCCESS! With all of anti-BNP propaganda, migrants moving in, English moving out, getting on board GLA would, without a doubt, bring BNP one step closer to becoming a mainstream political party.
There is a one aspect of voting that should be considered at this point. Average voters usually tend to opt for one of the mainstream parties. This is because they believe that only mainstream parties are the ones that can really make a difference. The problem is that, thanks to liblabcom media, many of the voters still think that BNP simply is not strong enough and, although they agree with 99% of what BNP stands for, they will still rather vote Tory or LibDems because they believe that only these two parties are strong enough to tackle NuLabour madness.
By at least retaining London’s 4,7%, you will show that you’re here to stay and ready to continue your fight for better Britain. This will encourage those ‘suspicious minds’ in voting BNP on next general elections because many of these people are just as desperate as you are in trying to get their country back to themselves and there’s only so much compromises that they will be willing to make.
Of course, I will shyly mention that people are usually more ‘adventurous’ when it comes to local elections. They are more willing to experiment voting ‘smaller’ parties on local then on general elections because there’s only a ‘limited damage’ in choosing (what for them might turn out to be) a wrong option locally. Being currently smaller (vote-wise) then lib/lab/con this could be a plus for BNP on May 1st.
15 days to go!
Keep fighting.
PICK BRITAIN UP!
John brings us all down to earth with a touch of reality! We can’t help but feel the enthusiasm on the doorstep and amongst our battle-hardened grafters in the Capital. But John, we know we can’t take anything for granted–that’s why we have to GRAFT HARDER THAN ALL OUR ENEMIES, and that’s all the way to the Finish line! The more work we put in, the more surprised we may be on May 2nd. You never know–we could give London’s Stalinist/Liberal elite one big shock!
Remember the bombshell that was dropped in Dagenham….
I reckon the article is spot on: too much enthusiasm and over-excitement can make people complacent. Better is to be seen as quietly confident, and wait until the last vote is counted!
Davem, I`m definitely going to London this weekend and I`m taking a car full with me. I don’t think John Bean was being negative I think he was being honest and realistic, I`m going to be optimistic as I have all along and hope and pray we get three elected. OK its reaching for the sky but history is littered with examples of people winning against the odds, its my dream and I`m sticking with it, See you on Saturday!!! VOTE……BNP
“…two bedroom council flat with 18 Nigerians in it registered to vote!”
And in all seriousness they wouldn’t have been that difficult to bribe given the endemic corruption in their country. “Oh look, I seem to have dropped a couple of chickens in your garden, well they’re yours now. Ken remember. What do you mean a Blonde guy gave you a goat?!!”
John Bean wrote … here are many comparisons to be made between the British National Party of today and the early Labour Party … Thank you for your reply. I would hazard a guess that this comparison has already been written up over the years - does anyone have a reference to such an article?
The BNP isn’t just the rebirth of the Labour Party - it’s the rebirth of the greatest nation on Earth.
To Davem - I’m doing Tameside BNP this weekend or I’d be in London whatever the weather conditions or poll predictions say.
V is for Victory to the British People!
Its only sensible to be cautious, good luck everybody … Keep it professional and I’m sure more people will come around.
Ken is an destructive force and MUST be opposed. Clarity and sensible issues WILL get votes … Keep it going people!!
I am going to word this little joke very carefully, but I believe that in view of the current poll on immigration published by The BBC tonight I can tell it.
An immigrant wanted to go back to his country of origin ,only for a holiday. He saved up the four hundred pound fare and went to a travel agent for his ticket.
He put his Four Hundred Pounds down on the counter and the clerk counted it out only to find it was One Pence Short of The Four Hundred Pounds Needed..”I haven’t got any more money ” said the man.
“Go and find some” said the clerk.
The man rushed outside and bumped into a business man walking past.
“Help me”he said,”I need One Pence to go back to ******.”
“Here’s a Pound”said The Business man,”take another ninety mine with you”!!!!
The BBC Poll showed that more than two thirds of those polled thought that immigration was far too high and that immigrants should be encouraged to return home.
whiskyindia-ive just read that too on t-txt.As i said a couple of weeks ago-Times..they are a changing ! vote BNP
From across the pond I watch the enthusiasm build for the upcoming elections, and wish you mountains of luck and good fortune. However, I read that there are 600 languages spoken in London and about 8 million people. Where are the British votes coming from?!! What a task you have, but big trees from little acorns grow. You have formidable opposition: 1. money; 2. the ethnic vote; 3. the usually Brit lethargy; and 4. the lobotomized masses, as so aptly referred to by many of your correspondents. In a referendum a few years ago, Quebec lost a nation from the first two above, and the Separatist Premier pointedly announced that it was so, on TV. Keep the foot troops at it - it’s the only way. Canuck
There are huge numbers of people in London who habitually don’t vote; they are the biggest ‘party’. If a fair chunk decide to turn out for once, the difference will be enormous. For cost reasons they can’t be targeted by the BNP with special flattery, treatment, bribes and offers the way Livingstone does; but it’s significant that none of the supposed front-runners is making any attempt to increase the white turnout, isn’t it?! They want the sleeping voters to remain asleep. Let’s hope they move into action, in spite of being ignored yet again as they have been for decades.
To John Bean - I think Bert Rustle must have meant something more quantitative — how long did the Labour movement take to (a) overcome such obstacles as unions being illegal, (b) slowly (or quickly?) build up, (c) gain seats in elections. It might make a very illuminating comparison, and be a source of encouragement and faith that a positive outcome will result from what seems at this time a pitifully slow process.
Good article. I’ll be in London again this weekend pushing paper through doors. We all have to do what we can to help.
DAVEM, come and join in! It really is worth the effort.
Text / Email your friends, relatives and colleagues ask them to visit the BNP Website. If three people contact three people who in turn contact three people, etc., etc., within two weeks you can contact 2 million.

I don’t think John Bean is being negative, he is just advising caution. Don’t underestimate the enemy, who are desperate and will do anything, including sell their own grannies to stay at the trough. They know they are living on borrowed time, and so may take greater risks than normal as they know the gravy train is hurtling towards the buffers with increasing speed. Keep up the good work everyone, the feeling out on the street is good. But remember in some areas we are a minority in our own country, so the more difficult it will be to break the cycle of apathy!
If the percentage of postal votes doesn’t match the ordinary vote the election should be ruled invalid as a Mugabe syndrome, and a check on all postal ballots must be carried out !! It will be blatant fraud should the percentages not match up. BNP 4 me.
