Internet bullies, intimidation and “Fitna mushrooms”!
We witnessed yesterday how the enemies of freedom and western democracy, in a move that was entirely predictable, reportedly resorted to threats of violence against the staff of the NewsLeak Internet company, for daring to demonstrate a commitment to freedom of speech through hosting Dutch MP, Geert Wilders, controversial video “Fitna”.
What is not so widely known is that this follows, only by a few days, Internet company YouTube, being forced to remove several video clips from its site, following the Turkish Government ordering the blocking of access to the video-sharing Web site!
In a statement in Turkish sent to The Associated Press on Thursday, YouTube said the company “reviewed the videos that led to the most recent ban on access and removed them because of their content, which violate YouTube’s content policy.”
This follows a court in Ankara imposing a ban on access to the site at the request of a prosecutor who had argued the clips were disrespectful to Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, the founder of modern Turkey.
According to media reports: “Access to YouTube, which is owned by Google Inc., remained blocked in Turkey on Thursday morning, and Turkish authorities could not be reached for comment on when access might resume”.
Other governments have tried to block YouTube in their countries as well.
One recent gaff by Pakistan’s government led to a broader outage affecting most of the world because a Pakistani telecommunications company implementing the block made a mistake in its technical configuration.
The YouTube ban in Turkey has highlighted this Muslim country’s chequered record on free expression, which Turkey claims it wants to improve as part of its bid to join the European Union!
Although it is not known for sure, it is thought that the “offensive” videos removed to appease the Turkish Government, rightly or wrongly, linked Kemal Ataturk and his Muslim regime, with aspects of the extermination of some one to two million Christian Greeks and Armenians during and after, the First World War. This being a holocaust that the Turkish Government, even today, refuses to officially acknowledge – despite it occurring in living memory! Indeed the American ambassador in Constantinople at the time, described it thus:
The ambassador “accused the “Turkish government” of a campaign of “outrageous terrorizing, cruel torturing, driving of women into harems, debauchery of innocent girls, the sale of many of them at 80 cents each, the murdering of hundreds of thousands and the deportation to and starvation in the desert of other hundreds of thousands, [and] the destruction of hundreds of villages and many cities”, all part of “the willful execution” of a “scheme to annihilate the Armenian, Greek and Syrian Christians of Turkey.”
Returning to the subject of “Fitna” we can confirm, as we predicted yesterday evening, that copies of the video have popped up like mushrooms overnight throughout Cyberspace! In the cause of the preservation of freedom of speech, we can tell you that one such “mushroom” may be found: here .

While searching for Fitna I came across an article in wikipedia. When the hostages in Iraq were beheaded–Ken Bigley being one of them–the hostage takers/executioners justified their posting of the beheading videos on the internet as “freedom of speech”. How’s that for double standards?

I found some of these videos on Ataturk; if you Google Ataturk and Armenia the same info should be there, too. The claim is that Ataturk was Jewish, and the Armenian Christians were killed, somewhat analogously to the Soviet Union.
Bowing down to restrictive regimes or religions is not going to help freedom of speech or democracy develop in the countries that have them. Rather, it will actually help spread these ideologies by way of appeasement (making them respected). It also makes it much harder (dangerous) in the case of moderate Muslims to get more freedom and openness in their home countries. Yet again the pure greed of certain people and organisations in the West is put before peoples’ freedom and cultures. Money comes before thinking and civilisation again.
Funny how atrocities that happen to Christians and other are denied or censored, but the slightest insult to the “religion of peace” and they’re out burning American, British, Danish, probably Dutch this week and Israeli flags!
I have watched the video three times today, the third time to show a friend who dropped in for a cuppa. I wasn’t sure how long the video would remain on line, so he had a look. There was a bit of joking from my son who thinks I am going to reincarnate as the new Rambo, but later I had an awful thought: is this not the mentality of the Jews in the 40s, (it surely can’t happen to us–who would do such a thing?). What is “controversial” about Wilders’ “Fitna”? The word controversial means “debatable” or “arguable”. There is no debate or argument about the atrocities routinely perpetrated by Muslims in accordance with what is written in the Koran. The commands to commit such atrocities - often against totally innocent people, incidentally - are there in writing.
There is no debate or argument about whether or not such atrocities are actually committed, the evidence that they are is there for all to see. “Fitna”, far from being “controversial”, is simply a graphical presentation of known and easily verifiable facts.
So why are the Muslims protesting about a film which shows everyone else what they do? Because it has blown their cover! Because they know that what they do is morally indefensible, in other words, just plain wrong!! They have no more right to protest than any other criminals caught in the act.
If you intended to get close up to a King Cobra, you would put on a visor and goggles to prevent the snake from spitting its venom into your eyes and blinding you. You wouldn’t comply if some Marxist snake lover came along and told you to take off your protective gear because it might insult or offend the cobra, would you?
Jews, Christians, Sikhs, Hindus, etc. - we can all live with one another, except for one - Islam. Perhaps it is because all the others are peaceful religions while Islam is not a religion at all; Islam is nothing more than an evil paedophilic cult. Paedophilia in the guise of a wicked religion? At least we know that there is one MP in Europe who still thinks that truth and democracy is still worth defending. It’s telling that the ADL has always refused to acknowledge the Armenian genocide by the Turks. I can’t stand these hypocrites- they recognize Muslim Kosovo within a day, yet they refuse to give autonomy to the Kurds. I fear it’s going to take more than a 15-minute film to demonstrate to the West what a danger Islam and massive immigration is to us (as impacting as it may be). However it may be too late by then. God forbid, but if there’s ever a 9/11 in Britain, or some other member of the EU, the ruling elite’s will have just the excuse they need to move towards a Europe-wide police state. Do you think New Labour would object? They certainly didn’t have any qualms about signing away Britain’s sovereignty with the Lisbon Treaty; and if it can happen in America, the land of the free, it can happen here. I wonder what the EU version of the Patriot Act would be called?

cigpapers: Yes, and No. Mostly ‘No’. Things are becoming predictably complicated, and horribly unpredictable. Democracy is certainly being compromised. How much more dare I say? Why should I be concerned about having a point of view? Is it wrong to put up posters saying ‘More mosques’, but wrong to say the reverse? When does legitimate protest become incitement, or in some other way illegal? It’s an ugly state of affairs, and one we have collectively allowed to come about. All I can suggest is, get a good lawyer, if there is such a person; or look it up in a book. If you’re not breaking the law, you’re not breaking the law.

I have found my attempts to promote the alternative in politics frustrated as the establishment and media are determined upon a liberal consensus that does not operate, for example, in either the USA or Russian Federation. One former liberal politician has identified what operates here as liberal fascism, and which leads to crazy policies where, for example, the victimiser becomes victim. We now live in an anything-is-permissible society where sexual dysfunction is to be promoted as desirable, and where the Islamic promote a barbarism that no decent person can subscribe to and all with the collaboration of a state trying to be all things to all people. Strangely the party I used to rail against–the BNP–is the only party offering an alternative.

The West and islam are totally incompatible. Everything we believe in is at odds with what they believe. A firm stand needs to be made, and the time for tolerance is over. They show no tolerance towards us. If they don’t like it here then they shouldn’t come. Note also that the so-called “moderate” Muslims never condemn this sort of thing.

Ataturk’s government was most avowedly secular; he and the Young Turks overthrew the Caliphate, and sought to create an entirely secular Turkish nation-state; Kemal Ataturk, Father of Modern Turkey, had little sympathy for Islam or for its various barbaric practises.
After watching FITNA I have a question. Not about the blood lust of the cold blooded killers but about the graphs which depict the explosion of moslem populations throughout western Europe. I understand immigration is out of control but if those graphs are correct this appears more like an orchestrated invasion which goes far beyond woeful border controls. Whatever is behind it the government either had to know and acquiesced or played an active role in it.

After watching Dutch MP Geert Wilders “FITNA” video a couple of days ago and yesterday Theo van Gogh and Ayaan Hirsi Ali’s “SUBMISSION”, this morning I placed a Google search to find more information on islamic atrocities (I decline to use a capital ‘I’), during my search I came across a politically incorrect guide to islam and viewed one of the most upsetting and potentially soul destroying images I have ever seen.
I am a constant visitor to your site and use it as an alternate/other news source. I am well aware of your policies, practices and your potential. I am a member.
I agree whole heartedly with your stance against islam in all its forms, whether radical or moderate (if such a thing exists) and do express my/our views when possible, be it over the Burka or Halal meat, for example. I now feel another subject should be brought back into the public arena – Female genital mutilation or sometimes naively called circumcision.
This ‘un-human’, barbaric practice that according to author Richard Dawkins in his book ‘The God Delusion’ (2006) states he was told by a senior Schools Inspector regarding girls in London during 2006 “being sent to an ‘uncle’ in Bradford to be circumcised. Authorities turn a blind eye, for fear of being thought racist in the community.”
As a Father of four children, two of which are girls I can not understand how any ‘normal’ human being could consider doing anything so appalling to an innocent child, or allowing it to happen to their child!
I was aware of this vile practice as it was brought to my attention over a decade ago on T.V but I am not so sure that the general public are aware that this abject cruelty could and probably is happening here in Britain today.
My reason for writing this, I wish I could forget the picture, I wont. A young girl’s face streaming with tears, screaming hysterically; caught in a photograph as she is lifted from a blood stained table by a woman, possibly her mother, while another woman is wiping the blood from the table. And who for Gods sake is taking the picture. Why?
Remind people.
This movie has awakened the masses. They will never hide it, nor will Islam be able to hide its true nature.
