NUT wants to promote Islam in our schools!
From yesterday’s Daily Express: “STATE schools should be forced to open their doors to Islamic preachers teaching the Koran, the largest classroom union demanded yesterday. The National Union of Teachers’ conference also said existing religious schools – almost all of them Christian – should have to admit pupils from other faiths.
The union’s general secretary Steve Sinnott said that allowing Muslim imams to preach in schools would be a way to reunite divided communities.
But the proposals prompted immediate outrage. Conservative Party backbencher Mark Pritchard said: “This is just further appeasement for Muslim militants.
“We should just follow the existing laws on religious education, which state that it should be of a predominantly Christian character. All this will do is further divide many communities that are already split on religious lines.”
Speaking as delegates met at the hard-Left-dominated union’s (our emphasis -ed) annual conference, Mr Sinnott admitted that his plan would amount to religious indoctrination inside taxpayer-backed schools rather than simple teaching of what different religions believe.
He said: “This is more than simple religious education, it’s religious instruction.”
The proposals include providing private Muslim prayer facilities in schools. But Mr Sinnott stressed that no pupils would be forced to have any religious instruction.
The union, however, also called for all daily religious assemblies, which by law are supposed to have a Christian character, to be abandoned.”
This follows on from the union recently establishing a political fund based on 1% of members annual union subscription, to “campaign against racist and fascist” candidates and parties at election time – in particular, the British National Party!
So there you have it folks – on the one hand these bigots seek to promote Islam in our schools, whilst on the other they want to oppose Britons defending their Christian culture and heritage at the hustings and, presumably, elsewhere! And these creatures are “teaching” our kids – no wonder native-British kids are underachieving at school!

This development shows the wisdom of the Party having pledged itself to uphold Britain’s Constitution as embodied in Magna Carta 1215 and the Bill of Rights and other great state documents of the 1688 Glorious Revolution.
On this basis (and Lee Barnes especially please comment) the NUT (appropriate intials) has committed treason on 2 counts:
1. They oppose the BNP and in turn therefore oppose Britain’s written Constitution, which must be an act of treason.
2. They are encouraging a subversive force, i.e. Islam, thereby giving aid and comfort to the enemy in time of war*, likewise an act of treason.
*Islam is at war with Britain, because Britain is part of Dar-al-Harb, the House of War, to be forced into Dar-al-Islam, The House of Islam, by means of the various forms of jihad, all of which are in operation in Britain at present.
However, it is good to see some of Westminster’s ‘finest’ being prepared to speak up on this issue, Allowancegate notwithstanding.
I suggest that the NUT collectively qualifies for a ‘Traitorsgate’ award.

There is most definitely a ‘Common Purpose’ masterplan for a role for Islam in our way of life.
Being Common Purpose, it is in a hidden agenda that only a few know about.
I suspect the end-game will be played when Islam has been given control of the masses at local level while the ruling elite, hidden away in their mansions - which we mere mortals won’t know the location of as they will be ring-fenced out of sight and our travel will be restricted - make all the national/international decisions.
For this long-term plan to happen, deals will have been struck with places like Saudi Arabia, who, unsurprisingly, are funding new mosques in this country, including the mega-mosque at the Olympics site…which, despite denials, will get the go-ahead from the government.
The Saudis will have guaranteed us future oil-supplies in exchange for us submitting to dhimmitude and agreeing to educate our children in the ways of the religion of peace - hence stories like this from the Common Purpose graduates in the NUT.
If you thought our politicians (of all flavours) were using Orwell’s 1984 as an operating manual - you ain’t seen nothing yet.
Our children will grow up to be their worker and soldier ants in the New World Order.
Why else have they created the world’s biggest surveillance society, which will include microchips in cars (under the pretext of being ‘Green’) cameras on every corner, DNA database, ID cards - and eventually, no doubt, microchip implants at birth.
And all for our own good, of course.
NUT, says it all in the name, wish they would stop trying to get our kids to learn another religion. Either give them separate schools or teach Muslims Christianity. We might have peace then.
My child of 3yrs old is due to go to school in September and I will warn the school she has not to learn anything of the sort. Christianity is all well and good. She has books upon books of stories from the Bible but if they mention Islam to her I will be heard.
This is a sad day with church numbers depleting and the lack of knowledge of Christianity in children, teaching Islam is a large step towards Christianity disappearing–not only this, but teaching our children that Islam is okay within our society.
The N.U.T. want to start teaching the Koran in our schools, and at the same time they want to ban army recruitment services. Is this so that when we do finally come under attack from within, we have no government or army to rely upon? Time for something to break surely!

Don’t they realise that the army defends our country? And it’s governments that dish out the orders.
They should be doing their job and teaching children the normal things that they will need for a decent life, not this politically correct trendy drivel, and they should not be making political judgments. While they are at it, they should be teaching how we got our freedom of speech in the first place, and the fact that whites never started the slave trade but were the ones that stopped it.
I’ll bet a BNP member being a teacher wouldn’t be allowed to decide political agendas for the children (more is the pity). They are paving the way towards Islamification and I don’t want it! And these weird people are teaching our next generation? I can’t type anymore–I’m fuming! Sorry for the rant.

I first read about this in the Express yesterday and there was a phone-in opinion poll ‘should we allow imams to preach Islam to our children? Yes or No?’ I was so fuming mad with anger I voted ‘yes’ by accident! It must have cost me about a tenner in phone calls to vote ‘NO’ about 100 times after that just to purge myself of the guilt! Got to keep a sense of humour in these dark evil times! Bottom line is this: filthy red scum want to ‘unite’ the broken multicultural communities in Britain under Islam, not Christianity and not our British secular laws either no doubt. I will never allow my children to enter into such a vile education system and personally as a Christian it would be holier to pray in a dirty public toilet than a multi-faith prayer room.
Is it possible to expose the names of these Brit culture-hating dwarfs? Should they even be teaching at all? It is curious is it not, that they are not calling for mandatory altars in Islamic faith schools and lessons from visiting priests there. Why not, if it is such an enriching idea? One last point about banning the military from schools–well, withdraw state funding then and see how far their salaries go.

The racists and the fascists are the ones who try to force people to live and act in the same way (NUT). Why should people who don’t want to live next door to each other be forced to do so? The mentalities between the East and the West are so different. It’s not that anyone is racist, just different. This in itself makes it very hard for people of different faiths, cultures and backgrounds to live harmoniously side by side. There should be no prayer rooms opened up for any faith…a meditation room perhaps, for anybody to use should they CHOOSE. This will aid in stress relief and overall wellbeing. Imams should not be preaching in Christian schools. This will divide a community not bring it together. It will fuel more disharmony. To keep brandishing words at the BNP such as racist, fascist etc, is immature and proves that these people don’t ‘think.’ They don’t think about the problems they are creating with their high handed attitudes and opinions, nor do they think about the volatile situations they are causing with a potentiality of civil unrest by packing and forcing different cultures to live side by side…let’s not forget the white flight syndrome. Will NUT, Lib/Lab/Con, and other such organisations, take responsibility for the trouble, and all too often violent situation, of multicultural Britain? The BNP are trying to avoid these situations by being the only people who are not afraid to speak up and tell it like it is.

Yes; I looked up Sinnott (a Liverpudlian with a degree - grade not stated - in social science) some time ago — there are several teachers unions in Britain of whoch the NUT is largest. And it’s true — part of the money paid by the membership is earmarked for some sort of anti-BNP activity.
Unlike many people, I support for example Bertrand Russell, who thought children shoulld be educated to become ‘free citizens of the universe’. I think schoolkids could benefit froma session with sundry preachers, PROVIDED they are allowed to ask questions of the ‘preachers’.
They might for exmaple ask
[1] There’s a phrase ‘Allah will provide’. If Allah provides, why do Muslims claim benefits in Britain?
[2] How come the Quran is self-contradictory, with the later passages taking precedence? If ‘Allah’ is omniscient etc, couldn’t he get it right the first time?
[3] How come all the people who made the modern world - Newton, the inventors of chemistry and physics; Stevenson, Brunel et, the inventors of modern industry; the inventors of modern transport - trains, cars, planes, which have conveyed the superstitious to our country; — how come none of these was a Moslem?
[4] Why is it that the countries people that Sinnott want to ‘preach’ - bearded semi-educated people - are what are sometmes described, not of course by me, as sh*t-holes?
Another briliant reason for voting British National Party.

The downgrading of Christianity and the upgrading of the alien religion, Islam, continues unabated and I found another one today.
When I type in the Firefox browser, I get red underlining where errors are suspected.
I typed in koran (lower case). It flashed up as a typo. It wanted the word to be capitalised. Fair enough, it is, after all, supposed to be a holy book. Out of interest, I typed in torah and holy bible. You’ll never guess which one didn’t show up a typo? Yes, no capitalisation correction is shown for either bible or holy bible. Now, when I was a kid, we were taught that the Christian holy book always had a capital “H” and “B”. I tried it in MS Word and got exactly the same. How many hundreds of millions of kids worldwide are being sent this “covert” message that the Holy Bible is inferior to the Koran? I think the whole PC/Islamisation thing has gone MUCH further than we realise.
I feel that it is our duty to “know our enemy” and the huge threat that it is presenting to us. Therefore, I ask you to Read, read, and read some more. Being forewarned about one’s enemy ensures that you are fore-armed for future “challenges”.

This is complete and utter hypocrisy. On the one hand these people say they want to close down all faith schools, while on the other they want to preach Islamic propaganda in our state schools. I’ll bet a large proportion of these NUTters have been on a “Communist Purpose” brainwashing seminar.

I have great fears for the very survival of OUR way of life not only in this country but in Europe as we give way to Islam. Just imagine this country in say 50 years time once the Islamofascists have bullied the country to accept their agenda.
Women will have to be covered up in public.
Alcohol will be banned along with pubs etc.
The religious police (bearded bigots) will be out on the streets arresting anyone they believe isn’t conforming to their ways.
There will be public beatings and hangings.
Mobs of bearded zealots will rule the streets much as we see in Pakistan etc.
The Gay community will be terrorised along with the few liberals and leftists who remain “out”.
The black flag of Islam will fly over the Houses of Parliament and Number Ten.
Churches, Synagogues and Temples will either be closed or converted into Mosques.
There will be no freedom of religion - except Islam.
So then, you think this all rather extreme? But remember this is a reflection of life already in many Islamic countries today - eg. Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Sudan and Northern Nigeria. We are clearly heading fast in the same direction and all helped by traitorous leftist/liberal elements in this country.

I was delighted at the BNP’s victory in Havering last week and it made for a good Bank Holiday weekend, but I soon got angry again! Friday morning actually!
So Sinnot thinks that being taught Islam in our Christian country ( I am athiest ) will help to “reunite divided communities”. As far as I am aware they were never united–Islam has not, does not, and will not ever unite with any other faith. If Sinnot does not see this he is not fit for his job. Will the NUT insist that the Jewish faith is preached to Muslim majority schools? Will the NUT insist that Islam is preached to Jewish faith schools? I use the word preach as these people (Muslims) do not teach–that is far too moderate for them. Saudia Arabia will never teach Christianity or Atheism, even if by a miracle they did, I still, to the day I shuffle off this planet, do not want Islam preached to my kindred fellow man in this country, not now, not ever. If anybody has doubts as to Islam being preached to our innocent children please read the article in March issue 88 of Identity, titled “Thank Allah for Little Girls”. If you have no sympathy for the plight of some Muslims you will have after reading this excellent article–the way they treat their little girls is absolutely abominable and inhumane. Quite simply, this faith is a thousand years behind ours in sophistication, and as such has no place whatsoever in our schools.
Abolish Islam from our country.
There’s really nothing new in this. Schools and Universities have been indoctrinating both children and undergraduates, with Political Correctness for several decades.
As a result, huge numbers of people - especially those with the most power and influence are now incurably affected with Political Correctness Disease. So, they believe that further brainwashing of our youth into acceptance of Islamic teaching follows naturally - and has to be enforced.
It’s all disastrously irrational and stupid, but that’s what brainwashing does to people.

This isn’t going to happen because they will be preaching to empty classrooms. It may even be a good thing for us if it does happen, because it will get some people off their lazy behinds and unite parents against Islam as kids all over the country are withdrawn from lessons. As for the ‘teachers’ the quote ‘These sniggering fools don’t even know the roots of their own radicalism’ comes to mind.
My Roman Catholic mother’s attempt to send me to a faith school was frustrated by my father, a Presbyterian, and he was right to do so. The very idea of promoting something even more alien, as in the case of the Asiatic and Moslem is certainly madness that will only lead to what has gone on in the central belt of Scotland and a part of Ulster. We are heading for a race war on a far greater scale than the one conducted by Sinn Fein and the IRA and which, differently, had cause and a basis in ancient history whereas this is being imported from Asia and during my lifetime.

I am of the opinion that we have a government in Britain that shares many of its ideals with Communism AND fascism. Welcome to the New Liberal Fascism! This monster, with its Islamic allies, seeks to suppress our freedoms.
I think that there is a REAL connection between radical Islam and fascism and communism–so I see Islam as a totalitarian movement that happens to have a more religious basis than the others do. It happens not to be western, it happens to have many significant differences, but in its aspirations to world domination, in its totalitarian nature, in its brutality, it is far more akin to fascism and communism than to any religious phenomenon.
The price I pay for “my” Freedom of Expression is your right to yours, even if you offend me. We are all entitled to our beliefs, but NO-ONE has the right to IMPOSE their beliefs, customs and taboos on others.
Freedom of Expression is under sustained attack in The West from radical Islam. Joining in the attack are the opportunistic leaders of some other religions, and politicians and cultural leaders misled by the shrill voices of the Islamists. All are calling for limits to freedom of expression on the grounds of religious freedom.
The West CAN remain free, safeguarding the right to freedom of expression as the guarantor of all our other rights and freedoms, OR it can allow itself to submit to the demands of radical Islam. It cannot do both.
This sort of threat to our way of life is just one of the many reasons that helped in my decision to join the B.N.P. I am persuading all my family and friends to do the same. We need to defend our beliefs and values, and the B.N.P. are the only ones to do this.

Going to school in the 50s, the teachers did just that–they taught, they wanted to, it was in them to do so. Now we have teachers who ‘learned’ in the 80s, such a different kettle of fish. There are some good teachers about, but, they are outnumbered by this gang of Common Purpose, Marxist scumbags. Oh for those days again, where if you done wrong you were punished on the spot, with no recriminations afterwards.
You have to laugh at the BBC forty years later getting ‘concerned’ about Muslim pimps.
Let’s hope people high in the BBC hierarchy are jailed, then accidentally forgotten for forty years.

This is another crazy idea from the loony left-wing teachers, who only think of themselves and their ridiculous causes.The large percentage of teachers who belong to this anti-British union cheered very loudly when the government got rid of section 28 which protected our children from the promotion of homosexuality. It is about time that we put these so-called teachers into the spotlight. Most came from university with no work experience and only one idea of life and that was having a good time on the taxpayer and marching for some idiot waste-of-time cause. We, the public who pay these teachers should have more details on what they do and their teaching performance. One particular area that we should be looking at is their ATTENDANCE. Most teachers have far too much time off ill or as they now say, pull a sickie. It is strange how teachers have time off and somehow manage to get better just before they require a certificate from the doctor. Perhaps we the public should start a national league table of teachers attendance, which would, I can assure you, surprise you. Many times on this website I have asked for those people who belong to the mainstream union to throw in their cards, as giving them your support is actually keeping this government in power. You can see from the above report that the unions do NOT represent the people of this country so throw in your cards now and make a difference.

Carrying on from Shropshire Lass’s 7.24 post, Michael Burleigh in his excellent new history of terrorism ‘Blood and Rage’ argues that Islamocommunism is a more accurate term for the current threat than the more frequently used Islamofascism. An excellent read, and highly recommended.
Teachers rank alongside the media and politicians as prime betrayers of this country and its people. Unfortunately though, many are decent people who take their responsibilities seriously, they allow their main union to become dominated by an aggressive, bullying left-politicised minority which in turn feeds into education policies and will be happily encouraged by the government - a microcosm for the country as a whole really.
After voting for a 10 per cent pay rise, the NUT conference then moves onto its political and brainwashing agenda - not a mention of the appalling levels of illiteracy and innumeracy among our school-leavers.
I work with a couple graduates fresh out of Oxbridge at the moment who are typical products of PC-indoctrination. They seem to be incapable of discriminating or of rational thought, and are horribly aggressive towards any opinion that does not fit in with their liberal-left dogma. There have been some really good posts on this site recently that go into detail about the kind of Islamic propaganda being forced onto our children. Fortunately, my kid’s school was banned from the local mosque because of some disrespectful behaviour on earlier visits. Passive resistance, kids! I don’t think the local imam would keep up his visits for long after being asked about the ‘prophet’s’ marriage to a nine year-old girl, or his religion’s propensity for mass-murder.
What will the N.U.T do if this country becomes a Muslim state (never while I’m around), and the imams then ban all female teachers and female students–will they have a little march or go on strike?? I suppose the mother of 3 thinks its a good idea.
And another thing, these unions are the usual ragtag bunch of lefties, gays, commies, searchlight, women’s rights-demanding vegans, so why the hell are they defending a cult that demands gays to be killed, women to be uneducated, death to all non-Muslims, animals to be hung and have their throats slit to let the blood drain. It seems that everything this government, councils, and unions claim to stand for the cult of death, don’t, so whats really going on????
My aunt was headmistress of a little village school in the 50’s and 60’s. She used to say ‘give me the child until he is 7, and I’ll give you the man.’ If our children are brainwashed by Muslim imams they will grow up believing that Islam is the right religion, and eventually the entire country will be Muslim. And it won’t be long coming, either. This outrageous suggestion must be crushed immediately. The Koran must never be taught to Christian children. After all, would Muslims tolerate their children being taught the Christian religion? Enough is enough. It is time for British Christians to rise up.

Something weird has been going on in education for many years. It is, and has been, the case that religious schools ( mostly Christian ) frequently do already admit children of other faiths. Non-faith parents are simply informed of the school ethos (usually consisting of tolerance, respect, good behaviour etc.) and asked to agree to it. And as long as the parents are in agreement–which they almost always are once it has been explained to them–the child is admitted. The school will have first offered places to all local children of the faith, and any remaining places are then available to any other child. This Teachers Union fuss about faith schools is Much Ado About Nothing, in my opinion. I believe this is just another example of the LibLabCon’s ignorant, troublesome meddling for the sake of it! It is their tactic. In every single area of life they are working to split us into quarreling factions. They stir up the sediment and then, while we all argue among ourselves about individual issues, we are not noticing the bigger, more serious, picture (the EU) and are not uniting to deal with it.
So come on all you people out there: if you have kids of school age, speak to other parents–organise. Tell those so-called educationalists to go to hell. Start a proper PTA educate the parents. If you find that you are getting somewhat out of your depth, let the BNP know. We have hundreds of activists willing to give talks to groups of parents nationwide. I may be wrong, but I know I would do it. When this was tried on my grandson 2 years ago about a visit to the new mosque in there area, I wrote down what my son should say to the head. This he did, and also to many of the parents. What happened? They called the whole thing off. What did my son say to the head? He said, “As a parent I feel that I would withdraw my son from this visit unless you allow a spokesperson from the BNP to address the parents outside the school to explain the reasons for not visiting the mosque.” Hey, presto–sorted.
If this ever comes to pass, my children will be removed from the lessons. It’s nothing short of a national disgrace. A very close eye needs to be kept on these traitors in positions of trust over our children. (I am not tarring all teachers with the same brush, just the loony left ones!)

As a parent, you are within your right to say to a school what your child is taught in RE.
I had this problem a few years ago whilst mine were at a Roman Catholic school.
They tried to include islham ( Spelling Checked ! ) into my childrens RE lessons. I made an appointment with the head teacher & firmly told him that under no circumstances will I allow it. My kids walked out of class then onwards whenever it was brought up.
Even on exam papers, my kids crossed out any questions referring to islam & typed Roman Catholic in it’s place.

I am very glad I do not have children still at school; if I had kids of school-going age, I would long ago have taken them from school to educate them myself at home. Home-education is the way to go, if we are to save our children from becoming brainwashed monsters.

sickofitall, makes a good point. If British schools are forced into listening to Islamic preachers, we’ll see children being removed from schools by the thousands. A friend of mine removed her child from a school which she thought was being overrun (in the early 90’s). She was miffed that nativity plays and the like were no longer being celebrated at Christmas. This will be the icing on the cake so to speak. Parent’s will arrange their own schooling for their children. Perhaps an organisation could spring up and start some kind of fund for indigenous kids to be schooled on their own culture and history, and though I know a few won’t agree with me, keep it open to other cultures should they choose to learn the ‘British way.’ Other cultures could be taught because children should be given knowledge, but nothing should be changed to suit another culture that has chosen to live in Britain. There is no shame, and nothing racist about patriotism.
Islam, with all its bigotry and threats INTO our schools and the British Armed Forces, the defenders of our people and culture, OUT OF our schools.
And all in the course of a week.
Its up to the rest of us to do something about it!
PParents should organise special days and trips to Armed Forces bases for children. Fundraising for our soldiers, Poppy Day and march pasts and extra curricular history and culture classes for our kids. Fly the flag. Organise christian, English, fetes celebrating OUR culture.
Insist that no hahal food or islamist propaganda is fed to our kids. Play the game - the Islamists do!

Now I read over some posts, and decided to try myself to call the NUT, I got a girl first off who all I can ashume was Muslim herself who seemed extreamly annoyed with my saying that I wanted to speak to someone over this outrageous plan, her responce was as I was not a teacher she did not need to help so I asked her if she could point me in a direction, she said the LEA for cheshire, so off I plodded along the internet sites to find a number for cheshire, the LEA’s responce was that they deal with university students only, very helpful this woman, she transfered me back to the desk and explained to the woman why I was annoyed.
I was then told I needed to go through to Woodford Lodge who didnt pick up the phone after countless tries so she put me through to someone else but this person either cut me off or there was a problem with the phone.
So with no answers I retreated, and called my sister in law who is actually a teacher, I asked her opinion and she said that if children do not join in because their parents do not wish for them to they sit in another class with space or even outside an office.
So this morning I am more annoyed with this. I suggest everyone tries calling these people, as they do not want to be found, maybe one will catch them out for a quiz
I propose that when the BNP are in power that we the British people, send all members of the NUT and do-gooding liberals on a fact finding mission to Iran and let them see what Islam is all about. all those in favour say BNP!

Over the weekend I was watching Russia Today and a man now living in Israel who was writing a book about Serbia etc. Said one of the reasons Serbia was bombed was to detract USA attention away from President Clinton’s affair with Monica Lewinski.
