Shock, Horror, Gasp! This Site No:1 in British Party Politics!
According to a media report this morning:-
The British National Party has the UK’s most visited political website, a study shows.
The far-Right group received 51 per cent of all hits to party sites last year - seven times more than the online pages run by Labour and the Liberal Democrats. It was also twice as popular as the Conservative’s main website. The report, for the Centre for Policy Studies, claims the site has flourished because it allows visitors to leave messages and interact with one another.
Robert Colvile, who wrote the study, Politics, Policy and the Internet, says mainstream parties’ websites suffer from a “failure of imagination”. Although each of the major political parties has a solid online presence, none has really taken the internet by storm,” he writes.
“Their websites remain a source of information rather than an online home for party members, activists and members of the public. This gap has been eagerly exploited.”
But Robin Goad, of Hitwise, the online monitoring service which provided the figures, claims most visitors to the BNP site were “curious” rather than party supporters. “Visits to a website are not the same as votes in an election,” he added.
In addition, journalists regularly trawl this site for stories. Would the recent bout of articles in the national media on the subject of MPs greed in claiming our tax money as expenses (”Allowancesgate”) been published, had it not been for us “pushing” the issue over the last two years we wonder?
The article also fails to notice that our lead over all the politically correct Establishment parties has actually increased since the Centre for Policy Studies first published their report.

I visit the BNP website on a daily basis. It publishes stories which the main media outlets won’t for reasons of political correctness.
The BBC has an unlawful built-in bias towards NuLabour and manages its news output to report what they want us to know, excluding those stories which they don’t want us to know about.
I see the BNP’s website as the equal and opposite reaction to that situation.
Obviously many others feel the same as me and that’s why the BNP website gets 51% of the traffic visiting the main political parties websites.
What makes this result even more outstanding is that our links into the BNP site are lower than the other three main parties.
To get a high search engine rating the higher the number of links to a site the more chance of getting a higher rating.
BNP have defied the odds, which is quite amazing. It proves that people want to hear the truth instead of the old Con/lab/lib lies.
People come to BNP to hear the truth.
All fairs well for the BNP.

I posted a reply on the Daily Mail site in repsonse to someone who said he visits this site to remind himself what a bunch of neanderthal .. blah blah ..you know the rest.
I explianed how the BNP brought to light the MP expenses scandal and a few other things.
Truth is like daylight to a vampire for the LibLabCon.
Not just failure of imagination but failure of almost everything else they touch.
The BNP seem to me to be more centre than far-right, since their policies are more in line with what a good many people think
I cannot imagine why anyone would want to visit LibLabCon sites as they are as dull as ditchwater and virtually brain dead.
I have recently started posting here and have very much enjoyed the interaction with like-minded posters, intelligent and concerned people distressed at the state of our nation and where we are headed on the current course. These interactions are extremely valuable and I would like to see them encouraged and built up in all possible ways.
I always visit the BNP site first thing in the morning, to catch up to date with the important news of the day.

Speaking as a non member of the British National Party, it is simple why people visit this site.
The majorety of the indigenous population of Britain, are sick to the back teeth of being ignored by the media, and the British National Party speak mainly for that discriminated silent majorety of all the nations of Britain.
We don’t want PC, we want free speech, and we want honest coverage of news. People get that here.
I am not British I am English and do not agree with all the policies of the British National Party, BUT would be sure that they would look after the wishes and needs of the English nation, a lot more so than the so called 3 main parties.
So yes, I visit this site along with many many others who want that sea change in politics in England and the whole of Britain.

The thing that I find interesting is, some geezer name Robin Goad working on behalf of Hitwise some online monitoring service [sounds a bit ominous] claims that the reason is curiosity. Well I’ll be dammed!!. I suppose this gonad whoops Goad has spoken to every one who uses our website so as to come to this conclusion. Mind you he never got in touch with me so I would suggest that his view isn’t 100 % accurate. Doesn’t it p+ss you off when sweeping statments like this are aired. No the reason 51% read our site is as previous commenteers have posted. Still you never know I could be wrong and Mr Gonad right. I must get in touch with him and get next Fridays euro lottery numbers.

If you want to know what’s really happening then this is the place to be.
On the point about visitors merely being “curious”? Well, I think over the coming elections that curiosity will be converted into actual VOTES as people realise that this once proud country of ours is being sold out.
I for one, an ex-Labour Party Member and Borough Councillor to boot, am typical of new supporters. I am not a bovver booted, shaven headed Yob as some newspapers like to portray BNP members!
I am retired but held a senior post in one of the Public Services. Would be class as part of the well educated elite (being a Graduate) and live in a very respectable part of town.
I believe that the BNP has support from all “classes” equally fed up with the way this country is being misled by successive governments.

I visit this site about three times a day to catch up on the news and views that are going around.
Whilst I must admit that some of the stories regarding our country make for depressing reading, there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
We just need to get there a bit quicker than realised. Keep up the good work.

Subtle, deceiving SPIN was a political lying Weapon of Truth Mass Destruction of the future, in those days. He may well have won the war with WTMD it is that destructive. Never underestimate its hideous power and force - that’s why (especially) lying Labour and the BBC use it as a matter of routine.
I think of this website as (astonishingly) like the former and once admirable BBC Radio News during World War 2, that the anti nazi German people would try and listen to in order to seek the (near) truth. They were being told by their own broadcasts that they were winning the war almost right up until the last shell and bullet was fired. They risked their lives by so doing and even to (be found to) have a radio tuned in to the BBC wavelength was punishable by death.
The BBC has changed of course, from seeking the truth to avoiding it at all cost - but some things have not. We are winning the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan; the economy is sound and in safe Labour hands; we have nothing to fear from Islam! Perhaps Goebells did not die after all, although he would be 110 years old. Perhaps it’s his legacy and soul (satan did not want it) that lives on in the BBC?

I assume it is the most popular because, unlike the other (Lab/Lib/Con) political websites, it doesn’t treat the British people (or ANY visitors to it’s web pages) as total ignoramuses.

One doesn’t need the intellect of a rocket scientist to figure out why people visit the British National Party’s website in such overwhelming numbers. The simplest reason is that this site publishes the truth. Another reason to visit the site is that one can learn of the “goings on” up and down this country of ours that the mainstream media are either too scared or too cowed into broadcasting or publishing. Simply put, if you want good, old-fashioned news, visit their site; some 7,500 people every day do and for the reasons laid out above.
OF COURSE I VISIT THE BNP SITE. All the other news media are such lying bar stewards. Remember the Weapons of Mass Destruction lie that sent us to war in Iraq? THERE WEREN’T ANY WMD’s! As a former sales manager I can also say with confidence that when you have a product that everyone wants, needs and desires, the “sell” becomes almost automatic.
Therefore, the theory that a website hit does not equate to a vote, may not be as accurate as our detractors may like to believe!

I then went to to DM site. The first thing that I noticed was the very unflattering photo of Nick. They must have spent ages trawling though their photo archives to come up with this as we all know that Nick Griffin is very handsome fellow who tends to smile even in adversity, so I left a post venting my spleen. I doubt that they will have tha guts to print it but I live in hope. I might be digressing but the point being that in a BNP article if using a photo of some grimey politician I dont think they would trawl through acres of pictures to show them in the worst possible light. That’s another reason people read our site. I must appologise for spelling Mr gonad’s name incorrectly, but you see I’m new to this typing game.

FANTASTIC NEWS: We have known for a long time that the BNP is becoming the most popular party in Britain and here is the proof.
Even if there is any truth in Robin Goad’s comments that people are looking out of curiosity, I respond that that curiousity is borne out of frustration and anger and the LIB/LAB/CON stitch up we have endured for decades. These ‘curious’ lookers and now looking for a new political home and they realise it’s only the BNP that is speaking their language.

Once people learn the truth about the BNP then the only place to continue to be informed is the BNP website. I have family out from the UK with me in South Africa and they hadn’t even heard of the BNP before. They will now be going home fully informed and with one of my Union Jack “business cards” with the BNP web address on the back.Anyone with ideas on starting a BNP support group here in South Africa?

Absolutely brilliant news, I look here every day for the same reasons. Off to a meeting where Nick Griffin is speaking tomorrow. He was fantastic last time I saw him and I`m sure he will be even better tomorrow with the increasing growth and popularity of the party. Well done to all !
Maurice, some of us are, unfortunately, unable to become members of this, or any other political party, as our employment contracts forbid it. Although in some ways I resent this restriction on my freedom of choice, I can see the sense of it: as a teacher I cannot be seen to be attempting to influence the political opinions of my pupils in any way and , indeed, would not wish to. In fact, I made a complaint to my daughter’s school when she repored that one teacher was extolling the virtues of the EU!
On another note, The Daily Mail website is almost as bad as the BBC at restricting freedom of speech to achieve its aims - I have long since given up posting there, as my polite, well argued but anti-status quo postings were never published.
I notice that, once again, the report states “The far-right BNP”. Now I have been confused for a number of years just exactly how left and right in politics is defined. What constitutes far-left or far-right? Where is the central benchmark to define movement from one side or the other?
There is no doubt in my mind, though, that politics in Britain has moved the benchmark further to the left, in comparison, let’s say, to the old Labour party of Harold Wilson or the Conservative Party of Harold Macmillan.
I believe that the political tectonic plates shifted much further to the left during the 1960s with the communist led unions, left-wing teachers, university lecturers etc. They ensured that their political dogmas permeated through our society in general with the indoctrination of our school children, through the schools curriculum. This process continued with brain-washed social workers, probation officers et al.
The movement to the left has even infected the Conservative Party who have been forced to play catch-up in order to make themselves electable.
So, again, I ask, just where does the centre lie and what defines far-left or far-right?
Clearly, in today’s political world, any party that calls itself Nationalist and forms policies that are designed to take on the responsibility of caring for its indiginous population must be considered far-right in the thinking of those who have adopted the global, one-world village concept.
A concept which tries to socially engineer our society into believing that we are all equal, regardless of race, colour, creed or culture and all must be given equality of status in our homeland, regardless whether aspects of these alien cultures are diametrically opposite to our own, even to the point of illegality in some cases.
Opposing this destructive ideology goes completely against the grain of current thought and therefore must be attacked as being far-right. Whatever that is.

Make no mistake the BNP is making ground fast. Middle England sees the BNP as a plausible and credible party that is legitimately addressing the real issues that people care about.
We in Britain dont want mass, uncontrolled immigration. We don’t want cheap foreign workers pinching our jobs and futures, helped by this sick Government and its business elite. We want safe streets and a respectful, disciplined society. We want clean hospitals and no waiting lists behind thousands of illegal immigrants clogging up all the public services.

They want more of the EU because that gives them even more trough to get their greedy snout into.

I am an ageing white English grandmother and I live in South London on what used to be a nice happy estate. I used to be surrounded by my family most of whom have been ethnically cleansed. Of course I am going to turn to the BNP as I have been abandoned oppressed and abused by all other parties.
I am a graduate who studied Political History, I was once Secretary of the local Labour Party.
Fascism is rising in Britain, but it is not from the BNP.
Most people are now waking up to the fact that there is no political correctness, it is pure fascist dictatorship on less than a quarter of the popular vote. The BNP now have the moral highground. Actually, though, there is no “far-Right” in Britain.
There is the British National Party, which name means what it says, - and there are the traitor parties*.
*Easily proven by their subservience both to Islam and the EU, which constitutionally is a sustained act of treason - and by definition ‘extremist.’
That is the current political landscape in mainland Britain. You could not find another significant feature on it with the strongest GPS device.
Sustained Party efforts, like those in London this last weekend and elsewhere, should eventually see off these others as “far-Out.”

I would like to think that there is a groundswell of support for the BNP out there, but being realistic I have to agree that a lot of the visits are prompted by curiosity. The BNP prompts such a lot of adverse comments from the puppet media that people are naturally curious to see what all the fuss is about.
So let’s not be complacent; when it comes to actually voting, most of these visitors will go for what they see as the ’safe option’, i.e. any major party standing a reasonable chance of getting Nulab out of office.
Unfortunately, this means the Cons.
I want a political party to cut through the spin, tell the truth however unpleasant, call a spade a ‘bloody shovel’, repeal many of the politically correct and preposterous health & safety laws, and stop trying to control every aspect of our lives.
But the conservatives won’t do this. They are too busy jostling for the centre position.
So, in the absence of a local BNP candidate I am going to spoil my vote by adding “BNP” to the paper.

When I first found your site, I could not believe my luck. It was as if everything I’d hoped for was written in your manifesto. It was uncanny how much I was in sync with the BNP’s thinking. I was in Africa in the Colonial forces in the 60’s when the UN were trying to get a resolution to “”free”" southern africa from the “colonial yoke”. They were already in the Congo suppressing the Katangese who opposed the marxist regime of Lumumba. We nearly declared UDI then, well in advance of S. Rhodesia. We would have welcomed any conflict with the UN and indeed I was up on the border waiting for it, but we were not prepared to fight British troops who were sent to E. Africa ready to invade and confront us.
It is interesting to note that in a recent BBC program, an African in S. Africa when asked to comment on the levels of crime and corruption in his country said he would like to see the Nationalist party back. This obviously horrified the liberal/left interviewer who was actually rendered speechless for a while, he then blustered how could he envisage a party that virtually enslaved Africans. The reply was they were honest, things worked,and people had jobs!!
A similar comment was made a few years ago in Zimbabwe when an African American professor was talking to some young Zimbabweans, again he was speechless.
You wont hear the “media”, especially the beeb saying these things, they wont even tell the truth about their own country unless it slips through by mistake, this is why people go to OUR (the BNP)site! To get the truth!
Well done! But I feel that a lot of potential voters, and members could be put off by some of the profanity which is unnecessary, as are the personal attacks. You can speak your truth without resorting to a lower language and behaviour. The few getting through, spewing foul words and getting personal, spoil it for the serious BNP members. Who knows, maybe these few, are actually from other parties, and they realise this? You have to look deeper. Freedom of speech doesn’t mean resorting to a lower language or attacking the opinions of another.

I, too, am a fairly recent “joinee”. I am no “Neanderthal thug” but a female, middle class, successful director of my own Limited Company. I am fed up and dismayed by the Political Correctness that has replaced British politics.
I also HAVE visited the Labour, Conservative, Lib-Dem, and Green sites “out of curiosity” thereby pumping their visitor numbers up artificially, I guess.. but the BNP is my port of call several times a day. I would also like to point out that these stats. relate to visits that were made well before the recent re-vamp and overhaul of this site. These spectacular statistics represent a website that was not particularly accessible and was mostly out-of-date. All I can say now is “Brilliant Job Guys!”. No wonder we’re Number One :^)

Why dont all the other so called political parties just share one website seeing as their policies are all the same. Vote for any of them and things just get worse for us lot. They’re all trapped inside the restrictive bubble of political correctness and euro laws which stops them from being able to be different from one another. A few months ago, surfing the BNP website was a ’solitary vice’ and could get you disciplined, especially if you worked in local government.

Your short example, i.e. ‘this is Grimsby’ website, has a strange and ironic twist. It was precisely that kind of thing prompted me to look at the BNP. Having had posts rejected and bits cut out, presumably not PC enough or too unmentionable, made me really annoyed.
It’s like someone saying ‘your opinion doesn’t count’ or ‘your ideas are not fit to be published’.
All MSM do it but I believe only now are they beginning to realize the only effect this has is to drive more people in the direction of the BNP.
The Telegraph has changed radically in the last few months and almost anything goes now. (I’m talking opinion, not swearing or personal insults). I counted 22 mentions of BNP, all favourable, in a thread about the report by Robert Colvile. Other politics threads also mention BNP on a regular basis. So in a way it’s good news that many news outlets are still stuck in ‘thought control’ mode. Ordinary people are not as stupid as they thought.

Although the BNP website is undeniably popular it’s depressing to think that Goad’s prediction that this will not translate into votes may prove correct – unless something can be done to change the way people decide how to cast their votes.
Many of our supporters don’t actually vote BNP in the belief that under the ‘first past the post’ system it will be wasted and vote Tory instead, not because they support the Conservatives but to stop Labour getting in. Negative voting results in massive distortion of the actual level of support for the Tories, Libdems and Labour – and of course for ourselves.
Other potential BNP supporters won’t vote at all, either because there is no BNP candidate standing or from a sense of frustration that under the ‘first past the post’ system it will be a wasted effort. This isn’t voter apathy, but frustration at the iniquities of the archaic and undemocratic electoral system which neither the Tories nor Labour want to change as they have a vested interest in seeing it continue!
We must press for electoral reform and a fair system of representation which properly reflects the views of the electorate and encourages people to vote for parties they really believe in rather than just to keep a less attractive alternative out.
In the meantime what we can we do? Obviously persuade more people to visit the BNP website to look at our various policy statements and news coverage and decide for themselves whether the vicious propaganda directed at the Party is justified or not. If they find our policies reflect what they are thinking they have to vote BNP to have any chance of turning them into reality. Voting negatively will only perpetuate the same old misery. Where there isn’t a BNP candidate standing, writing ‘BNP’ across their ballot papers would still be useful as if significant numbers of voters spoilt their papers it would show that it isn’t just apathy that turns people off voting, but disgust at the undemocratic lack of real choice, which might, just might, lead to change.
There are enough of us out there to make a positive difference to our country if we have the courage of our convictions.

I read this story in its entirity in the link you gave to the Daily Mail. They did not publish the comments I left even though they encouraged readers to leave one. At the time I write this they had 29 comments left. From this and the comments left on our site for various topics I can only assume we have a bigger audience!
Well done BNP for being No1! As others have said we are not a bunch of ignorant thick racist thugs looking for a saturday night fight, we are people who care about OUR country. The Lib/Lab/Con cartel has almost ruined Great Britain with perpetual lies, fat cats creaming off, giving this country away to the EU (I could rant for ages - couldn’t we all?), squandering large amounts of taxpayers cash and generally being undemocratic when it comes to listening to the people.
People are warming to the BNP, the ONLY party which will DO something FOR Great Britain.

I know that a few years ago the Tory and especially the Labour memberships were in serious decline. I assume that the BNP membership is rising fast and giving the figures would give encouragement to prospective members knowing that others shared their views and were putting their money where their mouth is.
This is only the tip of the iceberg…the BNP site will expand as it is the only website that delivers the truth, whilst the ‘gutter-snipes’ hide behind their curtain of corruption! I tried to post a very moderate comment on the Daily Mail website refuting an insulting remark by another poster suggesting that visitors to the BNP website were illiterate and I’m still waiting to see it published. Seems only 29 posts have been allowed. Don’t think I’ll be buying the DM for a while until their attitude to the BNP changes.
