As from today we shall be launching a news initiative to be known as “Traitorsgate” – so-named for reasons that will shortly become obvious.
Articles published under “Traitorsgate” will concern themselves with Westminster’s treasonous collusion with the EU, in the same way that “Allowancesgate” concerns itself with issues of Westminster abuses of Parliamentary privilege, commonly perceived as fraud.
It should also be noted that we use the term “traitors” in connection with Parliament, not as a term of abuse, but as an appellation of absolute fact! Today we present a brief article that outlines the Treason Act of 1702 and its relevance to the treasonous Lisbon “Constitutional Reform” Treaty.
The provision of the Treason Act 1702 is the important one, as it states that treason may be defined as meaning that any person who signs away the power of the Crown over the territory of the realm or dominion; also meaning the APPLICATION OF THE POWER of the Royal Prerogative over Britain itself.
Dominions and territories apply not just to the Commonwealth but also Britain itself.
The Crown is not just the person of the Queen or King; it is the power of the Crown in Parliament and the power of the Royal Prerogative. The imperial crown represents the sovereignty of the Crown in this country, meaning the power of the Crown is the ultimate authority of Parliament and the Royal Prerogative.
Power may not be lawfully be exercised unless done through the Crown. Treason is therefore done when a Minister of the Crown signs a treaty that permanently revokes the power of the Crown as exercised via Parliament or through the Royal Prerogative in Britain. This is because they have signed a treaty that ensures the Crown no longer has the exclusive authority to apply the Royal Prerogative in those areas defined in the treaty AFTER THE PRESENT QUEEN ABDICATES, as it from henceforth binds all her successors, and therefore makes the Crown subservient to the EU.
This is also confirmed by the fact that Parliament may no longer prevent foreign judges from imposing laws directly upon British citizens simply by bypassing Parliament and the Crown.
In previous treaties the power of the Crown was said to be operated in the name of the Crown via the EU and that the authority of the EU laws was based on them being produced as a result of this shared control of the power of the Crown and the Prerogative with the EU. The government allowed the EU to enact laws in the name of the Crown via the EU treaties and this meant those laws became laws in the UK under the authority of the Crown.
The EU did not permanently revoke the power of the Crown but exercised the power of the Crown in the name of the Crown via the EU. This treaty though removes and surrenders totally the power of the Crown over those areas defined in the treaty and hands full power over exclusively in perpetuity to the EU. That is a fundamental legal shift.
The Reform treaty removes the power of the Crown and Royal Prerogative from the Crown and hands it to the EU. Therefore the Reform Treaty binds the next monarch, and makes the Crown subservient to the EU and the EU judges. This means the Crown loses sovereign control of British territory and British dominions.
This means the Reform Treaty is treason and those British citizens who support, promote and implement it are traitors!

What was good enough for Saddam in Iraq is good enough for our home grown Traitors. One day, One day!
One industry could be revived in our country. The manufacture of good quality hemp rope.
This is all well and good but the Crown, ie: HM the Queen, - the embodiment of our sovereignty - conspired with Bliar in 1998 to amend the treason laws to avoid later prosecution for the treasonous acts being perpetrated by the traitors in her government.
This prompts the question - which group/organisation has a higher authority than HM the Queen that she has willingly betrayed her Coronation Oath?
“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.”— Marcus Tullius Cicero
There might be the odd clue in here, as to why there’s no referendum. Just a thought. Probably silly of me. Probably getting a tad upset at the thought of foreign Marxists turning my country into a dictatorship run from Brussels. Probably feeling a bit insulted, maybe getting the idea that my own Government cares more about its precious dogma, than it does about British people. Perhaps it’s the national deterioration we are starting to become accustomed to - but then that’s nothing to do with the EU, is it?
Beware Beefeaters at work!

I know who should be going on the list. Without naming names their initials are GB and RW, the last one’s initials is a recent convert to Islam.
Well said lickyalips. There are a few traitors who live by me.These people and soon will be bought to book to account for their actions against the Wonderful British people.SAYING I WAS ONLY OBEYING ORDERS WONT WASH.
The Queen is the biggest traitor of them all
Why doesn’t the Queen say something? She’s the one who’s going to become unemployed. Or is she also in this treachery? Looking after herself and her family, rather than save her country, and us. Treachery is treachery whoever commits it.
Excellent article and a most encouraging development. The symbolism is likewise excellent.
Re: final authority for punishing treason, see the following:
“Throughout the document [Magna Carta] it is implied that here is a law which is above the King and which even he must not break. This reaffirmation of a supreme law and its expression in a general charter is the great work of Magna Carta. The underlying idea of the sovereignty of law, long existent in feudal custom, was raised by it into a doctrine for the national State. And when in subsequent ages the State, swollen with its own authority, has attempted to ride roughshod over the rights or liberties of the subject it is to this doctrine that appeal has again and again been made, and never, as yet, without success”
- Sir Winston Churchill, A History of the English-Speaking Peoples, Volume 1, The Birth of Britain, p 201ff.
Magna Carta is still in force and has been augmented by the great state documents of the Glorious Revolution of 1688 that further safeguard British sovereignty and, like Magna Carta, cannot be repealed by Parliament - all of which documents the Party pledged itself to uphold in its first-ever national conference.
I believe that, constitutionally, a BNP Government would therefore have all the power it needed to:
1. Regain independent, British national sovereignty, i.e. send Brussels packing.
2. Dismantle multi-culti-ism and reverse immigration in accord with the wishes of the majority white Briton population.
3. Expel Islam and all its adherents.
4. Re-establish the rule of English Common Law and its equivalents in the rest of Britain, i.e. expel EU law and all its destructive, bureaucratic, directive trappings.
5. By the re-establishment of English Common Law and independent national sovereignty and the expulsion of Islam, at least indirectly halt the degeneration of the Church of England and apply pressure to reverse it.
The simple message is:
Keep on electioneering.
billy, Why don’t you ask her? She has a website. I’m toying with the idea myself, strictly on my own behalf of course. It’s a free country, isn’t it?
Is there an official list that the BNP is keeping of the suspected traitors that will be tried?
I’m not for capital punishment (Yeah yeah yeah I know it’s BNP policy, but I’m not a robot, can’t agree with everything) but I won’t cry for those who wanted to sell my future and my freedom down the river.
Besides, we should start dangling nooses at those who are on the list. Make it clear to them, that one day, they will either be in exile or tried and hung for treason.
I’m look forward to seeing them dancing the air!
“It’s a free country, isn’t it?”
apendragon, you’re such an optimist at times, aren’t you! Oh Behave!
:-)
I’ve often wondered too why the Queen has sat on her throne watching the country she rules steadily decline. She hasn’t once commented on the present mess. She will go down in history as the worst queen ever, the one who surrendered when she should have fought.
From the 1689 English Bill of Rights, which I understand cannot be amended or repealed because it is Constitutional Statute eg a contract between the Monarch and the People, and not Parliamentary Statute.
And I do declare that no foreign prince, person, prelate, state or potentate hath or ought to have any jurisdiction, power, superiority, pre-eminence or authority, ecclesiastical or spiritual, within this realm. So help me God.”
Allowing the EU to make approximately 80% of our laws and assume pre-eminence is surely treason.
And this is why I believe that the English Bill of Rights cannot be repealed:
All which their Majesties are contented and pleased shall be declared, enacted and established by authority of this present Parliament, and shall stand, remain and be the law of this realm for ever; and the same are by their said Majesties, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal and Commons in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same, declared, enacted and established accordingly.
I thought the “unthinkable” about our gracious queen and hesitated to make the comment I thought of. But peterthepainter, billy, and apendragon said it for me. I agree. Why is she walking her corgies and tending “her business” when “her business” is protecting her citizens. Sadly, she seems to qualify for Traitorgate. But she would not be the first monarch who ended her days there.
I hope these traitors swing from a rope in my time ,We will need a lot of rope though,Because i blame every single person that is anything to do with the labour party and the conservatives are as bad for letting it all happen ,why are they not uniting the British people against this eu crap,The trouble is they are all in it for what they can get out of it,If the conservatives sit back and let it all happen they get what they want but can blame labour for it.
Anyone that votes for labour again is also to blame ,People know labour are all traitors so if they vote them in they become traitors themselves. I must confess that i was once a ,I cant say it, ok, a labour voter back in the seventies when they were for the hardworking British people ,I bet alot of the old boys that are dead and gone are turning in thier graves at this shower of sh-t. God bless BRITAIN and the BNP
Our soldiers out there fighting Bliars illegal wars are supposed to be fighting for Queen and country.
Are they now asking themselves the same questions as are being pondered here?
Also, it’s crossed my mind that they are being kept out of the country deliberately while the traitors do their evil deeds in league with Islam.
Questions, questions ……… Answers are needed!
What about these freakin no-go areas where the police dare not enter, and the power of the crown has been signed away to pedophile Imams and murderous jihadists?
I’d like to nominate as traitors all Tory and Labour ministers and MP’s past and present who have allowed, and continue to allow this invasion.
The first rule of finding yourself in a hole is to stop digging, yet our politicians are taking us deeper and deeper into the abyss with every week that passes, as thousands more Muslims arrive in our country bent on rape, pillage and jihad.
Why don’t the politicians stop this invasion?
The reason they don’t do anything is that they are all paralysed by their past. Both Labour and Tories have allowed the swarms of barbarians to enter the gates over the past 30 years, so pulling up the drawbridge now would be to admit that Muslim immigration is a bad thing, and indeed has always been a bad thing.
Any serious attempt even to recognise that there is a ‘Muslim Problem’ would be an admission that on their successive watches, both Labour and Tories have allowed a national and cultural disaster to occur which has no precedent since the barbarian onslaught on Roman Britain in the 4th century AD.
Instead, they regard Islamic terrorism, criminality, intimidation, subversion and the continuous low-level ’street-jihad’, as abberations from ‘real Islam’, which is a ‘Religion of Peace’ . They dare not admit in public that Islam is, and always has been, implacably and murderously hostile to all non-Muslims.
The ultimate expression of this continued hole-digging into deepest denial is the recent government directive to refer to Islamic Terrorist attacks as ‘anti-Islamic’.
The establishment’s failure to acknowledge the blindingly obvious has now passed even beyond the ability of George Orwell to satirise.
They ought to be hanged for treason.
From The Great Betrayal of the British People, by Bob Lomas, of The Magna Carta Society:
“Although Parliament has long played down the fact, the Monarch is not only Sovereign Head of State she is also the official Governor of the nation and chief executive of her government, which is why she is obliged always to refer to the government as “my government.” The Monarch is the people’s representative in Parliament. Her job is to ensure that Parliament abides by the constraints of the Constitution and the law, and does nothing that is not in the people’s interest and security. To this end all parliamentarians take an oath of allegiance to the Monarch, thus holding them in subordination to the people. At the time the Queen was crowned the British people invested in her enormous powers to ensure she could maintain and uphold her obligations according to her [Coronation Oath].”
She has clearly violated her Coronation Oath.
I think that means that the responsibility for re-establishing Britain as a sovereign, independent nation falls squarely upon the shoulders of HM’s loyal* subjects.
*To the British Constitution, that is.
The nation seems to be fast moving towards a leadership crisis not seen since the English Civil War. No member of the current royal family seems fit to reign according to the terms and conditions of the Coronation Oath and no individual fit to occupy the throne even remotely equivalent to William, the Prince of Orange seems to have appeared even faintly on the constitutional radar.
Interesting times, also precarious ones.
HM the Queen, - the embodiment of our sovereignty - conspired with Bliar

I had no idea when I joined the British National Party that it was so anti Monarchist. Our Chairman deserves better than this - but that is the price of true freedom of speech.
There is one TRAITOR above all, EDWARD HEATH.
“Traitorsgate” what a marvellous idea. Perhaps the BNP should write to all MP’s advising them of the existence of this initiative and that their deeds will not be forgotten when the BNP come to power. This may concentrate their minds on their future actions.
The list will no doubt be very lengthy, with I am sorry to say Her Majesty’s name at the top. I hope I am speaking for most BNP supporters when I suggest an asterisk should be placed against her name to the effect that she will only remain on the list if she does not bite the bullet and recants her previous acts of treason and inform this wretched government that on behalf of her loyal people “enough is enough”.
The writer of this excellent piece states in the last sentence “it is treasonous for those Britich citizens who in any way support the Reform Treaty” Is it not also treasonous for all British citizens who passively allow the treaty to be implemented when they could have reasonably taken steps to prevent its implementation?
Lots of questions above, very few answers talk of hangings etc, in reality nothing is going to happen in this country until that glorious day dawns when suddenly the BNP have a chance of forming a government,(That day is coming make no mistake) on that day the smears will stop, peoples attitude will change, all of a sudden people that had previously shy`ed away from the BNP because they`re frightened yes frightened (fear never won a fair maiden) will all of a sudden have been life long supporters all chums together so to speak, at the moment the traitors running this country feel very secure they have the press the BBC and most of the population on their side that situation is changing they know it and I know it and soon thy are going to draw the conclusion that they personally are going to be bought to book for their treachery, and that is how it should be, they wont escape the law because they broke it retrospectively, British law is full of examples of people being bought to book long after the event, I have a vision of this country under a BNP government and that is that for the law abiding,it will again become a land of milk and honey, for the law breakers a hell hole.
It’s getting worse every day.
The liblabcon have created an extremely volatile situation, yet from the safety of their ivory towers they blame us for having “irrational fears”.
But what if our “irrational fears” spill over when people finally snap?
Will the liblabcon traitors hide in their ivory towers with their stolen taxes, hoping to get away with what they’ve done?
Millions of us have died in wars for a lie, and to be forced into a life of fear, debt, crime and persecution in our own land.
Enough is enough, this can’t go on!

Ed: no need to post the above mini rant but feel free if you want to. Had a little too much wine last night. I know the BNP and most Members are not anti Monarchy - just anti EU. I just think she never ever asked for the damn job and is too easy a target who can never answer back.
I used to be anti any office that was not elected by the people - like Monarchy but time alters your views on things. We have elected (of a fashion) Parliaments and look what we end up with! She is not a traitor in my eyes but a political pawn - be it a Royal one. She would probably be turned to stone by Medusa-like-Labour, if she as much as blinked at this EU monster - or even drew a breath to say something about it.
That’s my last comment on the subject.
My list of candidates for Traitorsgate would include the B-liars, Broon the unelected, the Archidiot of Canterbury, the current tenants of Buck House and anyone who puts the ‘demands’ of aliens before the crying needs of the indigenous Britons. The Beefeaters would be working overtime for years.
Iloeengland ashamedly admits to voting labour in the 70s when “they were a party of the working classes. my dad was a member of the labour party in the thirties, but he left because it had then been taken over by intelectual communists even then. No the labour party has been existing under a missnomer for the last 70 years. even the sheeple of britain could not vote for them if they were described accurrately “Trough snorting vermin of the communist internationale” So the moral of the story being you voting TSVOTCN is because you didn’t know better, but now you do. SPREAD THE WORD.
The ones in control of the most weapons and with the most followers to use them, make laws and decide on the intepretation of existing laws ANYWHERE…..even in Britain.
Handle traitors and treason? All that is necessary for your enemies to see to it that such an eventuality never happens is to arrange for non-Whites to form majorities in your armed forces and police forces. Once that happens, you, your culture, and your “country” ( which is now merely a land mass occupied by numerious genetically unrelated mobs ) are finished - literally and completely.
The “Crown”! The “Queen”! The Lords, Earls, and other assorted Medieval leftovers! Amazingly, some of you still seem to think that they matter in the scheme of things. These entities are as dead as the 14th century. What do you think they’re going to do for you now? They’ve done nothing so far and that’s exactly what you can expect from them in the future.
Survival starts with one’s self, extends to one’s immediate and distant family, and continues on to those of like mind who are genetically related.
You had better wake up and realize that NO ONE is going to “do something” and save you EXCEPT YOU YOURSELVES?
Seriously study the history of the Vietnamese and how they’ve dealt with Chinese, Russian, French, American ( and British ) interlopers. You’ll soon learn what its going to take to regain what you’ve lost. Furthermore, you’ll realize just how much dedication, hardship, and serious WORK from young/old/rich/poor its going to take.
But, on second thought, perhaps Whites today don’t have the drive, the spite, the ferocity, and the one-track mindedness of people like the lowly Vietnamese? Perhaps that’s why things keep going from bad to worse and all any of the supposedly “sane” Whites can do is TALK and comment?
The next 15 to 20 years will reveal all, I think. It will either be the end and extinction, or a new beginning.
The MC Society is unfortunately no more, as the website indicates.
However, the recently published booklet - see above - lists the society as still having a council, though not a new website and no contact details appear to be available as yet.
The UK Column, though independent of the MC Society, is nevertheless addressing similar issues and, to the best of my knowledge, is supportive of the BNP.
See http://www.ukcolumn.org/home/
The UK Column is the leading British Resistance authority on the EU infiltration via Common Purpose.
As we’re on the subject of traitors, it’s a crying shame that Edward Heath is no longer around to face the music for his crimes against the British people. He lived to a ripe old age in the lap of luxury while the working class Britons he condemned to subjugation by the EU still pay for his folly. We need to be free of the EU and its malign influence and the BNP is the only hope for us that we can get the monkey off our backs. I wonder what position the monarchy would take if a BNP government were to be elected?
How about Michael Martin for Traitorsgate (or allowancegate) he is obstructing and stifling the EU constitution at every turn. It is scandalous, undemocratic and self serving as usual. Even MP’s want him sacked, as his “impartial” job as speaker obiously has an agenda, against us, the British people.
oops! I meant E U constitution debate, of course
Unfortunately the Queen is just a figurehead and has to do as the Govt. of the day wishes, Phillip and Charles have been outspoken sometimes, but as a consequence have been subject to torrents of abuse and ridicule by the marxist contolled media for their views! If the Royal family did go against the wishes of parliament there would be a constitutional crisis, probably leading to the formation of a republic. I for one, having taken the oath of allegiance many years ago, don’t want to have “President Blair” or, god help us, “President Prescott” or someone of their ilk in Buckingham Palace.
The Governments, especially, but not exclusively, the Labour ones, have so weakened our armed forces, that they would be unable to prevent this. The Police “service” is so politicised, that they would be unable or unwilling to do anything about it, especially as they can’t even keep our streets safe as it is!
Oh by the way, I thought readers would like to know, in Oxfordshire where I live, they are short of “retained firefighters”, part timers to you and I, but rather than just advertise for them in the normal way, they are holding special events for women and ethnic minorities! This is, I am informed, so that sections of society wont feel threatened in coming forward in what otherwise would be a white male dominated environment! Brigade members have also been asked to report motorists they see driving whilst using mobile phones and not wearing seat belts also to report cars they see parked with bald tyres. The reason given for this covert espionage is that it might prevent an accident thus possibly averting an incident where the Brigade might be called out! So far I understand Brigade members have declined to do this! How long though in this marxist dominated local govt. establishment before it is the norm? Perhaps it already exists in some Brigades, after all didn’t one Brigade suspend members for failing to promote homosexuality?
The 2 biggest traitors in this country are Tony Blair and Gordon Brown. How Blair was ever elected I have no idea. Even after the war in Iraq people still decided to vote for him… he is the biggest traitor this country has ever seen. He allowed the population of England to swell up to ridiculous numbers. He did not see fit to say no more. Then the EU Constitution which he promised the public a vote on - so where is it?! Not forgetting the damn ‘human rights law’, which in Blair’s mind was his ‘greatest ever achievment’… And then there’s the famous ‘Education, Education, Education’ speech Blair came out with. Well thats turned into ‘Illiterate, Illiterate, Illiterate’.
Step forward ‘Bottler Brown’. I really hate this cowardly individual. Blair was bad but Brown is proving that he can be even worse. Surely it is illegal to become PM when no one voted him in - (well you would think). But the same can be said for the endless expenses that MPs keep receiving. Petrol is currently extremely expensive but it doesn’t need to be, as three quarters of the price goes to the Treasury!
Brown treats our pensioners appallingly. Many struggle to pay their heating bills but yet they get one of the lowest pensions in western Europe. But in Brown’s twisted little mind the Chinese and Africans deserve the English taxpayers’ money much more then the elderly, the flood victims from last summer or animal charities.
Another thing I cannot stand about Blair and Brown. Both have made it illegal to fly the St George’s flag on public buildings in England. But yet the Scots and Welsh are allowed to fly their flags. On St George’s day this year for the first time in a very long time the St George’s flag was flown over Westminster. But cowardly Brown didn’t have it put up because he suddenly started liking the english - oh no - reason was that it was the local elections, which labour were thrashed in!
Labour have proved they are incompetent and the Tories and Libs are not much better. The only party which deserves any votes is the BNP.
